Service was quick and easy. Received a call from Resort Realty that our rental was ready long before check-in time. This was convenient as we'd arrived early. The keyless entry worked extremely well and we didn"t have to juggle keys. Beach is easily accessible and visible from decks. Our only dissappointment was lack of updating to bathrooms and kitchen floor. Would like to see exhaust fans in bathrooms especially and kitchen floor is peeling and squeeks horribly. First one up in morning assures that everyone is up! Loved proximatey of restuarants as we ate out every night! We have decided to try another home next year as we prefer to have the ocean right at our front door! Thanks for a wonderful time.

This was our second time staying in Keepsake and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Great ocean view, provided linen rental very nice and convenient. Programmed door locks were nice because you don't have to worry about carrying keys with you at all times. The kitchen floor could use some work--very noisy upstairs and in bedrooms. Could maybe use some baking dishes. A 9x13 and an 8x8 dish would have been nice. Again, great house and would recommend to a small or large family.

This is the second time I've stayed at Keepsake. I love the house, I love the location. It feels like coming home. A few things need upgrading-the dishwasher stopped working. I called maintenance. They came promptly, the gentleman was very nice. He explained what went wrong and fixed it. However, the next day, the same problem happened again. I think it's time for a replacement. Also, the knife set is so dull, you can't cut a tomato. I recommend one with a sharpener. I would stay here again, however, and am looking forward to next year at Keepsake.

Overall, the house was great and we enjoyed our stay. Abandoned houses on the beach certainly detracted from the beach view and the house was a bit farther out than we thought. Being an older home, the house could use some work - showers sprayed water on ceilings making them wet. Our downstairs bedroom had no window so made it somewhat hot without air conditioning. We couldn't open door as no screen in it. A 1/2 bath would have been helpful to accommodate the number of people in house.

It was during hurrican Irene and we could not get in to our place until two days after our intial check in but wow what a a great beach house. We had a wonderful time. Only problem I had was the steps but I managed. Great view and no irene damage...perfect vacation. My first visit to the Outer Banks. Looking forward to coming back next year.

We just feel that the bathrooms are terribly outdated and could use some upgrades. there were no bathroom fans so the moisture collects on the ceiling. We also felt the kitchen floor needed to be replaced. Not only does it squeek terribly, but even after we mopped the vinyl ourselves, it still had a sticky feeling.

Nicely decorated comfortable house. Needs some repairs/TLC to squeaky kitchen floor. House is well laid out and comfortable. Short trek to beach without crossing any streets. Nice vacation overall, in spite of hurricane Irene.

We had a great week. The house is what a would call a classic South Nags Head beach house. Not fancy but very a great value
for the money spent. If you like the beach
you could not have a better more relaxing vacation. -

While we do love this house, it is beginning to show it's age. It is lacking in routine maintenance such as sliding glass doors work poorly, 3rd story floor squeaks so bad that it wakes the whole house up, pealing paint, bathrooms need to be upgraded, furniture worn out, kitchen appliances are old, does not have WiFi.
The location to the beach is good. The kitchen is well supplied, the overall layout work well for our family. We are very comfortable in this house, however, it may not be as luxurious as some people may be looking for. We spend most of our time at the beach so the house isn't as important to us. -

We loved the house. It was neat and clean when we checked in. The price was great. We knew the area so we had some idea of where the house was by the beach, but we didn't expect the views that we had, they were awesome. The top deck is great for any time of day. and the private deck outside the master bedroom was so nice. We sat on the decks in the morning and watched the dolphins play in the water it was so much fun. The entire family loved the house, my daughter actually said that it was her dream house and that this was the house she wanted to stay in every year. We will stay again with this company and in this house.

Our vacation started with a stop at Resort Realty where the employees were very polite and helpful. The home was beautiful and in a great location. It was great to have the laundry facilities located in the home and not have to go outside. There were several decks with fabulous view. I would have to say that the access to the beach and the decks were my favorite part of this home. We were just a little disappointed when it rained that the roof in the livingroom leaked otherwise we had a great stay. Thanks

The vacation home was away from the hustle and bustle of the town. House was clean and well kept. Great for two families. I will be back next year.

We come from PA every summer to the OBX and have really never had a bad place to stay. Renting is easy through this realtor, done all online. Great and time saving. We loved how close to the beach this home was! My children were 13 and 9 at the time and we could watch them walk back to the house by themselves if they needed to. Quiet residential area, family oriented. Loved the decks, the view, and the swing! Very comfortable home. Not too fancy to make you feel on edge, you know? Real homey. This was my son's favorite house we stayed in so far. Can't say there was anything we didn't like, other than having to go home. I would definitely stay here again and I'm sure the rest of our family agrees.
