There were a few minor disappointments. No wireless internet was the most. The gas grill needs to be replaced and some of the nails on the decks need to be re-hammered. But other than that it was great. Kay in the Nags Head office was great.

The home was comfortable, clean, roomy, and cozy. It was in a great location and the amenities were just perfect. Having access to the beach club was pristine and the golf course membership was tantalizing. The view from the hot tub during the evening hours were just right. Overall, I highly recommend this rental.

The house was an award for raising over $1400.00 for the Coastal Humane Society in last year's St. Patrick's Day Parade. We had a great time and we appreciate the owners and Resort Realty donating the house for the fund raiser.

Loved the house, the soundview and beautiful sunsets. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed evening bike rides nearly every night. The owners put much thought in ensuring the house (especially kitchen ) is well equipped and the decor was an excellent reflection of the golf course location.

Lovely home. Overall great stay! Things that could have been better: A check in procedure like the check out, where incoming guests could call in starting at ? 2pm to get an automated response to find out if the property is ready early. Also, I looked for early check in on the website and could not find the price (I probably missed it but making it more prominent would be helpful). And I definitely would have preferred knowing we had to vacuum and sweep before we checked in. Thanks

Awesome place - would definitely stay there again! Jellyfish were bad on several days but the community pool was great!! We especially liked that the servers would wait on you poolside!

Upon arrivial to this rental unit we were greated with an overflowing trash can. When we called about it we were told to take our trash to a Food Lion dumpster! Food lion did not appreciate your adivse! Later that week when the trash was collected we found that the trash can had been taken. Upon calling resort realty you told us to ask our neighbors if they took it. They didn't. The overflowing trash can belonged to the unit beside us. There was no trash can supplied to our rental unit. You did not bother to help, we had to help ourselves and the nice neibors next door let us use one of their trash cans. As for the hot tube that wasn't working upon checkin, we were given losts of assuances that someone one would be out to fix it. Again WE were told to call the company that services the tube directly and after several calls to both resort realty and the hot tube service, finally on Monday 5:00pm it was working! When renting a unit we expect to get what we pay for and have the unit in working order. We did not expect that is there was a problem that WE would have to be the ones to take care of it! Other than collect rental fees does this company do anything else? We usually rent the same house 3 to 4 times a year using Elan and Joe Lamb. We booked late this year and the units we wanted were not available so we tried you. We will not make that same mistake again!

Kenison's Baywatch was a great choice for our vacation / honeymoon! The location was great... quiet and peaceful, and we truly enjoyed waking up every morning and having our morning coffee while overlooking the Sound. Nights in the hot tub were so relaxing after long days at the beach, shopping, and sight seeing too! The pool was fantastic and the beach access was perfect. The house itself was beautiful and very well stocked. We had everything we needed and felt so at home!
