Noah's ark was extremely comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 4 adults and 2 small children in our party. The view was really nice and the set up of the house allowed us to have the children sleeping on the bottom level while we enjoyed the living area/dining area in the evenings without "having to be quiet so we didn't wake the children". There was a strange smell on the loveseat in the living room, but other than that it was a great week. The house is well-equipped and the decor is top notch!

if your idea of a vacation is to be by the ocean than Nags Head is the place for you. Stress free and relaxing is how i would characterize our stay at Noah's ark location. The accomadations were great, everything was nice and clean. Our only compliant was that BBQ grill was rusted and not usable, then again we don't go on vacation to grill espically with the many great seafood locations here in the outer banks that we sampled.

This is the second time we have rented this property. We have used Resort Realy more than two times. Noah's ark is a family favorite. We miss it already! After traveling to the Outer Banks for more than thirty years of my life I can say that this is truly my favorite area. Our vacation rental was relaxing and eqiuped with all of the things a mom needs. The access to the beach is heaven. We enjoyed the house as much as the beach itself! We were able to travel in short time to attractions in both directions. We will rent this home again, hopefully soon!

The linen package needs help! Very thin sheets and only one scratchy bath towel and wash cloth per person. Not even a hand towel! There were only 2 kitchen towels available for the week, and roaches were scattered throughout the bedrooms. There was no CD player in the main gathering room which was also terribly under lit. Needed more lamps. No dresser or chest to put clothing in the twin bedroom and no hangers in ANY of the bedrooms. The table lamp in the twin bedroom had a broken off knob, so the only light was a ceiling light. All in all, the rental was dark and under furnished. Good thing we had good weather for the most part and didn't have to spend much time inside!!

The kitchen reeked of buy spray and one of the bedrooms had fleas or bedbugs. I had bug bites up and down my legs upon waking.

From the first phone conversation with Resort Realty we recieved the best service. We were greeted upon arrival and given useful information for our stay. When we arrived at our rental home the housekeeping staff had done a wonderful job making us comfortable. The rental home was in a perfect location. We were steps away from the ocean. This really worked well with children. The views were breathtaking. We also were not competing with traffic or a nice spot on the beach for the day. The home itself was one of the most well equiped rental homes we have stayed at. All of the things needed in a kitchen had been supplied. The home had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The rooms were large enough for comfort. The layout was a plus when privacy was needed. All of the outdoor decks were wonderful and all have great views. We would highly recommend a stay at Noah's Ark to anyone.
