The house although kinda small was a great price, just a short walk to the Beach and close to local resturaunts. I would definately stay here again. Thanks for a Great vacation. I love the matress in the room beside the bunk beds came home and bought me one.

It was a great house,that had lots of room . We had 6 adults and 3 children in our group. Pleanty of space that we were not cramped.

We loved the OBX area. The Sea Ranch could use a little upkeep. The drive entrance is horrible. The beds could use new mattresses. The rest of the house was ok. Working with RESORT REALTY was a pleasure. Very friendly staff. First time to OBX, but not the last.

The home is on a dead end street which is really great if you have little ones. Close enough to all the action, but very quiet nestled on a corner lot. The pictures on the internet did not do this home justice. It is much bigger than we anticipated.

We stayed at The Sea Ranch in June 2009. It is a very nice and well taken care of house. The location of the house was great. It was a small walk to the beach, but yet convenient to the major highways and other tourist areas.

There are some minor things that need to be addressed like the driveway and some of the furniture, but overall it's a great place. I couldn't ask for a better location. The kids ride their bikes and I don't have to worry about the cars. It's comfortable.
