Imagine siting on the porch and sipping your morning coffee while listening to the waves crashing on the shore. This spacious, semi-oceanfront beach house will keep you and your family entertained around the clock.

When you're not enjoying the views of the ocean from the main floor living area or large deck, you can enjoy grilling lunch on the new gas grill while taking a dip in the 12x18 swimming pool. While you're swimming, you may find your kids soaking in the hot tub that overlooks the pool or playing pool in the lower level recreation room.

One of the best features of this house is that it's directly across the street from... the beach and has it's own private beach access. It's a short 150 yard walk to the sand dune. It's close enough that you can walk back to the house if you forgot your sunglasses or suntan lotion.

In the evening, 6+ people can enjoy a movie and popcorn in the main living room, while your children spend the evening watching TV in the mid-level family room - complete with refrigerator, sink, fireplace and direct access to the hot tub!

During your down time, you might opt for a 30 minute workout on our new exercise bicycle located in 1 of the 2 master bedrooms (both with jacuzzi tubs for 2!). Or instead, maybe you'll decide to surf the internet using the free WiFi.

Additional Location Information

Our house is located at mile marker 11.7 on S. Virginia Dare Trail. The beach is located directly across the street and can be accessed using our private beach walkway. A fishing pier can be found approx. 150 yards from the house. The driveway is big enough to accommodate four cars.
