      This is the 3rd time my family has stayed at Blessed. We love the house and love Nags Head, but this time there was a dining chair missing and a stool missing, so we were not able to seat all 14 of us at one time. Other than that, it is a really nice house, short walk to the beach, large pool. Beds are not as comfortable as they used to be either.

      What is there not to like!

      Beautiful house, great location! We had 7 kids under 6 years old and 9 adults and everyone had a great time. The pool was awesome, the tiki bar was great, great kitchen. The beach access road is paved and was a short walk. Dvd player in every room to entertain kids on a rainy day or at night. We really enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave.

      Fine Week in Nags Head

      The weather was mostly good, in spite of the forecasts; and we really enjoyed the house and the pool and walking access to the beach, which was wonderful. The house was a little shy on some little things like a lot of burnt out lights with no spare light bulbs, no trash can in the kitchen, and kitchen utensils were more sparse than we have had in other houses. The TV set up seems more complex than it needs to be.
      Overall though we enjoyed the house very much. The pool and pool area are a definite plus.
      There was a problem and confusion created by the office re early check-in.

      We have travelled to the outer banks for 6 years in a row. This house was average. Seaside Rentals always does a good job which is why we have gone through them for the last 3 years. The only issue we ran into with this house was we were lined up to check out Saturday morning...which was fine but we noticed the house wasnt rented for the following week. The weather looked like it was going to be nice on Saturday so we called to see if we could pay for an extra night... Seaside told us they called the owner of "blessed" who refused because he will only rent for a full week. (even though it was not rented) I have tried to think of the scenario that would give the owners reason to decline our request. I cant. Its the owners perogative (I understand) I will go through seaside again because they are very accomodating but I wont rent "blessed"...Not a chance.(my perogative). Also we ended up staying somewhere else the extra day and enjoyed the beautiful weather...

      The house was great. It met our needs very nicely for bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. It was very nicely decorated. The location is great - close to the beach access. The pool area is very large and spacious. The only negatives I can see are that we had a terrible time getting the TV system to work - never did figure it out. We felt that it was too complicated for a rental property. Maybe Irene and the power outage had something to do with that, I don't know. (We came just after the hurricane had come through.) Also felt that there was not enough silverware. But overall we enjoyed the house and our stay this year.

      If its still there that is-since Hurricane Irene is arriving the weekend after we were there! We loved the location, the pool, and big kitchen. The lookouts were awesome and the area isn't so congested with traffic. Nice walk to the beach, not too far. We had beautiful weather and an awesome and much needed vacation, Thanks!

      A Fabulous Vacation...

      Blessed was a wonderful place to stay for our first time in the Outer Banks! The short walk to the beach is not bad at all and the pool is amazing! The house is very large and roomy. We really didn't have any complaints about our stay. Two days before we left the air conditioning went out on the top floor and they were there in an hour and put in window units to keep us cool until they could figure out what was going on. We had a great relaxing week away and we will definitely make it a yearly trip! Cant wait until next year:)

      Love the Location!

      I loved the location of this house - if you cannot be beach front - this is exactaly where you want to be! You have a view of the water, yet you are off the busy road. I would rather be two streets back than one (the first road is way to busy!) The house offered everything we needed, but there were a few things that bugged us. We didn't find the chairs and boogie boards until we were departing :( They were behind a door outside by the garbage cans. The sound system was very complicated - and between the 10 of us we could not get the speakers to come on outside, again another bummer - we also couldn't figure out how to get the pool lights on. None of these things would keep me from staying there again. I really loved the location and was very sad to leave! I have been to the outerbanks - 8 times now and I would have to rate this house as one of the top 3 in regards to location!!! (one I did have ocean front - so there is no beating that one). Nags Head is where everything is - this is only our 3rd time in Nags Head - but I think that I will stick to Nags Head from now on! This house is walkable to the Pier, to get ice cream, a t-shirt shop, and a bar (or pizza place which ever you would like to call it). There is a quick walk way to the beach from this house too. Can't be more than a 2-3 minute walk (and I walk slow).

      Hope this helps - and have fun!!! You will love this place too!

      Our vacation to Nags Head was great. The home, Blessed, was absolutely beautiful. It felt like a home away from home. We had beautiful weather so we were able to enjoy the pool and outside area. My grandmother came with us and she loved, loved, loved all of the decks, when she wasn't in the family room she could be found on one of the many decks! My 10 month old son and 2 year old niece enjoyed every inch of the house, they explored every nook! the Seaside team was very helpful in any question or need that we had!

      Family reunion

      We had a great time...plenty of room for the multiple families with babies to teenagers. The location is good - close to the beach, fishing pier, shopping. Overall it was a great house but there were a few things that could be improved... with a house that size it could definitely use another refrigerator, the kitchen was not well supplied (serving bowls, grill tools, etc.), and some of the bathrooms had mold/mildew.

      Overall great rental house!

      This house was a great pick... nice neighborhood. Knew we would be a block or so back from beach - really nice paved and landscaped walkway to beach just a couple houses down! At the end of the walkway you end up crossing the road into a parking lot/beach access with shower.

      Newer flat screen TV in living room - nice! Some board games in house if it rains... Kitchen was plenty stocked with plates/cups/silverwared... could have used a few more pots/pans and bakeware.

      Nice pool - no toys so bring your own if you feel you will want them!

      Upon arrival and during week a few repair items came up - prompt service from rental company...

      Nice but could be better

      First let me say this home is lovely (and on our favorite street in Nags Head) and very well kept up, and we loved the keyless entry... however...the beds are extremely uncomfortable (the bunk beds in the middle bedroom are falling apart with the mattress slats constantly popping out - and the railing on the upper bunk is so loose its dangerous). The kitchen is very poorly equipped. We've stayed in other beach houses that were so well equipped this may be an unfair comparison - however, the lack of kitchen cooking equipment was so poor we had to go out and buy some stuff to cook with. The owner has taken the kitchen pantry and locked it for their personal items, requiring you to put your food on counter tops or in some of the empty cabinets (that could have had kitchen supplies in them). Overall though, as always we make the week fun and enjoyed our annual Outer Banks vacation.

      Very relaxing

      This was our 7TH year traveling to outer banks and the most relaxing. The house was great except for a couple of things. The trash can was too small in the kitchen. The kitchen did not have enough silverware or plastic bowls for children. The bar area needs bigger refrigerator. With only 1 refrigerator in house we did not have enough room for all the food. The Tiki bar by pool needed more bar stools and pool area needs more lawn chairs. We had wonderful week besides these things.

      Annual Family/Friends Vacation

      Overall I thought the house was very nice. The location is perfect. I thought the house lacked in some ammenities. We traveled with 6 adults and 4 children. The basement could have used a full size refridgerator as we were fully loaded in the kitchen. I would have liked some beach equipment- chairs, toys, etc. I had to go and purchase all of this.

      Peaceful Sancutary and Freedom from Everything!

      My family and I enjoyed every waking moment at the Blessed home. The service was excellent. Even after we left, the service was above expectation. I left a valuable gift, and Seaside personnel took time from their busy schedules to go back to the house. They found and shipped the item to me timely and in tact. It is located in a quite and friendly development. It's close to the dunes and other attractions, shopping and restaurants. I enjoyed the comfort of the home, the pool, and having a deck on each level was fantastic! I would have liked to have been a little closer to the ocean (more of an ocean view rather than a peep), however, since it's just a short walk from the beach, it all worked out. Overall, it was a great vacation, and we would definitely rent the Blessed Home again.

      The house was great, beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. Beds were relatively comfortable.
      The only thing I would say negatively is that for people staying in the fall or offseason when you are indoors moreso, there is no room that is really conducive to large gatherings to watch a football game or movie with the entire family... seating was limited and the tv was small (totally ok for summer when you aren't inside much.... otherwise the place was great.

      Surpassed our expectations!

      Blessed was an amazing house - just beautiful! We had never been to the Outer Banks and the location of the house couldn't have been better. We were close enough to the beach, dunes, etc, but still felt tucked away in our own corner of the world. The house was beautiful and the extra lawn space was a great bonus for the kids (and adults) to play and enjoy each other. The only minor criticism would be that the volleyball court needed fresh sand, it was a little rocky. But the pool (big and very well maintained), hot tub and decks more than made up for it. We didn't really miss the volleyball court at all. I just can't say enough about how great the experience was. And the service from Seaside Vacations was fantastic. The response time to questions or concerns was so quick and friendly. Thank you for giving our 3 families the best vacation ever!

      Seventh Heaven - appropriately named!

      We had a great time at the Outer Banks. The house was beautiful with multiple decks and we especially enjoyed the rooftop deck where we held the cocktail hour every evening! The owners tried to anticipate every need from pool toys to cooking utensils and there was very little we found lacking. We were about 200 yards from the beach and together with the private pool the house was all that we hoped for. We would certainly consider going back to this house and location sometime in the future.

      My only criticism would be that we could not get into the house until after 4:00pm even though we were offered and accepted an additional fee to get in earlier in the day. Since we were coming from Illinois and had others flying in from other locations it would have been nice to be able to get settled in and enjoy part of the first day especially since we have to vacate the house early in the day at the end of our stay.www

      A blessed week in Nags Head!

      The weather was great, the company perfect and the accomodations were fantastic. We have been in plenty of rented beach homes and this home was one of the best. It was very clean, deocorated nicely and had great ammenities. Only suggestion is that the kitchen could use more utensils/dishes. We had younger kids and found that there were no teaspoons, no small bowls and no plastic glasses/dishes. Other than that it was perfect and I would highly recommend this home to others.

      Great for families with grown children

      Our three married children with their spouses and children joined my husband and I on vacation. Our group included children ages 10, 7, 5, 14 months and 11 months. The house was great for us.
      There was a pack and play and a high chair at the house as well as several gates. The beach access was terrific with a paved path to take the wagon with beach supplies and close enough to come back for the babies' naps. There are a few stores and an ice cream stand within walking distance and lots of other stores only blocks away. It is centrally located on the Outer Banks for day trips, such as the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, Kitty Hawk and the Jockey Ridge State park is 2 blocks away! Between all of the decks and the pool and hot tub, Blessed is appropriately named. The house was ready early when we arrived on Saturday and the Seaside Realty staff were prepared, friendly and ready to help. But we had no reason to call them during the week since everything we needed was there. We would go through them again rather than risk having problems with someone else.

      This house was fantastic! Clean, well appointed, spacious etc. etc.! Seaside Realty was great too. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately - very friendly people to deal with too. I would most definately rent the house from them again!

      From beginning to end we found the whole experience excellent. The beach house far surpassed our expectations. It was is very good order, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed both the pool as well as the beach. The layout of the living area was great for gatherings. It is close to shopping and other attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The process for rental, arrival, and departure was also excellent.
