      Seaside Vacations Company was very pleasant to work with, they were very friendly, helpful and on top of things. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious. The location was in agreat place. The crow's nest was a big hit with our family. I can't complain about anything, loved everything about it.

      From the moment we pulled into the driveway, we felt at home. This was our first family vacation that the majority of the family was able to join us. My father is bedfast, so he and my mother were unable to travel. The first thing I did when we got there was to walk up to the top deck and start taking pictures for them. Every room was clean and ready for us. We loved the layout of the house, as well. I know you must hear this a lot, but it was like our own little fairy tale. The house is in a great location, everyone we met in the neighborhood was friendly. We loved the house, but we also loved the staff. The ladies were friendly and greeted us with a smile. What more could we ask for?

      Great trip, Nice House close to everything.
      The gym and pool is nice but a long way away from house. 20 minutes each way without traffic.

      Paradise in the Outer Banks

      I have rented this property for two summers. Family of 6 including three kids and my mother-in-law. Prime location for morning walks to the sound and the ocean. Located in a cul-de-sac which is ideal for children..no worries about traffic. Friendly neighborhood. Close enough to restaurants and activities, and yet private. Extremely clean, beautifully furnished, large deck and an awesome crows nest to enjoy the breathtaking scenes. Outdoor shower is great for the kids after a day on the beach.

      The home was lovely. We had more than enough room for everyone to sleep and spend time together in a relaxing place. The home is immaculate. We would come back there in a minute and look forward to renting again at this home on our next visit to North Carolina.

      Pros:
      Staff was very helpful and friendly.
      Location was excellent.
      Cons:
      The home had ants in the kitchen.
      Bathrooms could have been cleaner

      But all in all was an enjoyable stay.

      I really enjoyed the house, the equipment and space. The only problem that we had was the fact that the ad told us that it was a short walk to the beach. In order to get to the beach one must cross a major intersection go down half a block and then find a public access. This is not a short walk to the beach, rather a drive. Maybe the ad on the website should be changed so that it wasn't so misleading. It was difficult when you had to caravan young children. Other than that we loved it. We will find a home with a shorter, easier walk next time.

      This was the first time we used this rental company and they were great. The price was very reasonable for the home we had.
      The house was nicely appointed, very clean, just a few things in need of repair. My only real complaint was the bed, not what I'm used to sleeping on, but I would still recommend this property.
