The location of this condo is perfect.Because it's on the second floor the view is unobstructed by the dunes. We watched the sun rise every morning over the water. Quite an experience for Colorado residents! The beach is beautiful. It is clean and is so fun to walk on. We really liked that the condo has wi-fi.The kitchen is updated and great to cook in. Would have loved a gas grill on the deck. Weather great. One of the most relaxing vacations we have ever taken!

Very Clean. Every-thing was there that you would need for a week of relaxation. Beach was very close and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Many things to do and see.

We love this unit, we have stayed here for the last three years. The view from this condo is amazing. Furnishings are nice, the condo is roomy, my son likes the pool, I like the washer and dryer, its centrally located. Another perk we like about this place is, no public beach access. Whoever is staying in this 9 unit building, is, who you will see on the beach.
