The location was right across the street from the beach, which was very convenient.
The house was nicely decorated with a beach theme. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and even wine glasses. There was a deck in the back and ample area to park. -

The house was adorable, clean and very well equipped. Every thing you needed in the kitchen,beach caddy, cooler caddy to get things to the beach. It was also wonderful that we could bring the dog. The location was about 8 houses from the beach and backed to the state park...so it was quite. Only drawback...which is normal at times..was the mosquitos at the end of our stay. Plan to stay there again.

From the moment we arrived, we knew that this was going to be a wonderful experience. We arrived late due to traffic, but we had no problem picking up our keys and check-in information.
When we arrived at "Shady Pines," it was even better than we had expected. The cottage was clean, spacious, just perfect for our family of four. My husband and I stayed in the master suite, while the boys each had their own room and bathroom. Also the kitchen was fully stocked with any type of baking dish or utensil you could imagine!
Also, our dog Lucy loved the house and we loved the fact that she could join us on vacation. When we checked out, we left a thank you note in the registry that was left on the table. We decided to leave early on the day of check out in order to avoid traffic. Kitty Dunes made our check out process as simple as the check in process. Overall, it was a wonderful trip! The house was exactly as advertised, and it was very clean, had everything we needed and was only 400 steps to the beach. We would go back.

This home is the best bang for the buck and as long as its availible I will book it every year. Perfect for my children, pets and location to the beach and the inlet!
