Description

Lovely, spacious 2 bedroom luxury condo literally across the street from one of Phuket's nicest and still least touristy beaches. This condo has just about everything you would need for an ultra relaxing stay, be it one week or six months, including a 58-inch flat screen hi-def TV + HD + BluRay DVD player, Bose stereo system, high quality furniture (not the usual cheap stuff you find in most rentals), a full range of kitchen utensils and cookware. Located just a 10 minute drive south of the airport, yet far enough away from the airport that you never see or here planes flying overhead (as the flight path doesn't go over Naithon). The complex has a large outdoor pool, both outdoor and garage covered parking, a small but well equipped gym, and a restaurant. Please note this is a privately owned condo development and not a hotel or resort and therefore does not have 24 hour concierge/front desk, but it does have excellent international standard property management. Change of bed linens and laundry can be arranged through a private, on-site service provider. High speed WiFi broadband connection within the unit, and reverse-osmosis water filter in both the kitchen sink and also connected directly to the refrigerator with ice-maker, perfectly safe to drink. The unit will be fully cleaned and beds prepared prior to arrival.

Getting around

While the quietness and lack of development in Naithon is in many ways a big bonus, it also means that if you want to get out into the action you will need to either take a local taxi, or better yet just rent your own vehicle during your stay. Having your own vehicle opens up a lot more possibilities for places to go around Phuket to visit. Then again, if you just want to relax and hit the pool and go no farther than the beach or a stroll down the road, don't bother with the car hire!
