Excellent 2 bedroom pool villa in a quiet cul-de-sac street, perfect for short term rentals.
Entrance hall into an open plan living and dining area furnished with settee and dining table seating 4. The western style kitchen features breakfast bar, oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer.
There is also a seperate second living room which could easily be used as a childrens playroom.
Patio doors lead to a small terrace with lounger chairs and a oval pool.
BBQ provided.
House equiped with security alarm
Washing machine situated outside.
The garden is fully fenced making the area very safe for children.
