This lovely home-from-home has been well refurbished and tastefully decorated throughout, offering a very high standard of warm, welcoming accommodation and can sleep six people across two double bedrooms and one twin. Situated in the grounds of the owners’ home, two miles from the Victorian seaside town of Nairn, this traditional semi-detached house is set in the charming hamlet of Moss Side. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

After a long drive, the cottage was everything we expected and more.
The interior was extremely stylish, tasteful and homely. The bed in the master bedroom was the icing on the cake!
The kitchen was very spacious and very well equipped.
The location was ideal as it wasn't far from Nairn or Inverness and the opportunity to see red squirrels was a treat.
All in all I couldn't recommend this property more highly and would be happy to go back any time. -

The service we received was very friendly, the home was lovely and peaceful and in a beautiful tranquil location, the cottage was comfortable and cosy & the masterbedroom had the feel of being in a hotel. The amenities were perfect especially the the dishwasher a real treat for me. The owner had 2 beautiful dogs that were very friendly to be around. The cottage was a bit out of the way for Inverness but it was well worth it to be in the heart of the countryside. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Friendly, very welcoming, close to any amenity you could wish for, easy to travel to various sightseeing places. Cottage a delight to stay in - we will be returning for sure.

I decided for my 50th Birthday, I wanted to spend some time with my family and as I was born in Nairn, Scotland about 3 miles from where we stayed above this was perfect.
The house was lovely, very spacious and a lovely master bedroom, with en-suite,with two other double bedrooms, the kitchen was very big and had a big dining table so we could all six of us sit and eat.
The surroundings were so peaceful. We even had tea in the garden. I recommend this house to anyone and the shop and town are around 3 miles away if you like walking its a lovely walk.
I like it so much Im going back in May 2010!
