This is a four bedroom beautifully furnished penthouse in the safe, secure and upmarket Kilimani suburb of Nairobi.
We are located directly opposite the Junction Mall, a popular Nairobi mall, that has numerous shops, food courts, restaurants, coffee houses, movie theaters, taxis, ATM's and a micro brewery. It's 10 minute drive to the CBD, Karen and Westlands areas. There is ample public transport two minutes walk from the apartment.

Oscar was really professional. We paid for the place online and it was worry free. Actually the most stress free part of our trip! His brother was also really nice: gave us a ride one day when it was raining and to a totally opposite direction than he was going. Really nice people. Very nice and quiet place, very convenient and just steps to the Junction mall (an "upmarket" mall that also has a weekly Masai market on the 3rd floor in the parking lot). I am going back to Kenya in October by myself and I look forward to staying at their much smaller place. His apartments are also about a quarter mile from a bunch of other amenities like one of the country's best microbrew pubs. Did I mention the Junction center is a great spot to grab a reputable taxi too? We met the neighbors who were also renting from Oscar and they were also very happy with the place. The house cleaner was nice too. Well you kinda get the point. We loved the place.
Tip: we found out on our last day that there's a place you can drop off kids at the mall to play while you shop. Did I mention the mall is a 2 minute walk. And there is a cheaper place to buy good meat other than the grocery store at the mall. Last but not least if you need anything you can call Oscar and he'll direct you and you'll have any assistance you need within 10 minutes. That, my friend, is a good landlord. -

Beautiful home and well maintained. Quick response on any questions or maintenance requests. Proximity to the mall was an added bonus. Safe area as well. Clearly a home away from home. The stairs to the 5th floor were exhausting but the balcony access was great. Mosquito nets would have been a great addition. Repellents were not as effective. Additional blankets would have been good too, for those like me who get a little chilly at night.

Wish you had asked as room has are extra Duvets in the various wardrobes and mosquito nets are provided on request.Nothing much I can do about the stairs though it is stated in the description.However that makes it even safer.

Our stay at this apartment was wonderful.It is well located; next to amenities.Nakumatt Junction Mall is just across the road.At the mall you will find cabs /taxis,restaurants,Atms,different shops,hair salon and public transport just by the gate,no hassles.Oscar was very welcoming,friendly and accommodating.The apartment is located in a quiet,secure and peaceful compound.It is large enough to accommodate family and friends not forgetting the balcony that gives a clear view of the neighbourhood and nature.I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The welcome was fantastic by Oscar and he was great to work with. Jane did a wonderful job cleaning - very friendly, efficient and trustworthy. The apartment itself was very spacious, well furnished and clean, along with free wifi. The location is perfect directly behind the Junction Mall. Oscar is very responsive and takes care of any issues when you call him. After having lived in Nairobi off and on for the last 7 years, Oscar's apartment is by far the best value for the money and the highest quality furnished and serviced apartment I have ever rented. It was a pleasure doing business with Oscar and he sets a high standard for Kenyan business. I will continue to rent from him and will recommend him to anyone traveling to Nairobi.

The apartment was spacious and was very close to a nice shopping center. The kitchen is good and it has a laundry. The deck was fantastic for the nice weather we had. Someone came to clean for us, twice a week.
We could walk to practically anything we needed:grocery, shopping, pharmacy, bus to downtown et.

The Kilimani Beautiful apartment is an awesome accommodation location and Oscar the host is a great guy. Located right behind Nakumatt junction access is just right and it is away from the hustle and bustle of town. The apartment itself is beautifully built and the furniture and decor I must superb. It has a back door balcony, beautiful kitchen, 4 bedrooms, very comfortable I must say. We got Dstv had the option of Zuku but no. Oscar very personable, polite, you would not believe he is a lawyer. Kept his promises and we had a fab time, me and my friends. Only thing is if you are lazy it is right at the top floor about 5 floors. All in all, only reason not to recommend it would be so I can have it available when I need it. Btw thanks Trip advisor awesome recommendation

Our stay at the property was brilliant ... we never felt being away from home. Hey .. Oscar is an amazing person & thanks for taking all the trouble we put you through.
To all those persons looking to book this apartment or the one adjoining my advise will be - do not think twice, just go ahead and book it. Whatever is described with regards the property I can assure you you will not be disappointed.

We have just returned from this home and were very impressed with the location, cleanliness and wonderful service from the owner. It was extremely nice to be able to walk to the mall and have wonderful food, and the men who worked at the security gate were always very kind. It is a very safe place, we took a group from our church to do ministry in other parts of Nairobi, always great after being out in other areas to come to such a clean, safe place!
