This typical Sconset cottage is located on one of the charming shell
streets in the historic district of "downtown" Sconset, a brief walk to the
beach, the market, tennis courts, etc. With a neighborly atmosphere, yet
quiet and private, it has a large backyard for barbecue gatherings, a newly
renovated kitchen and a cozy feeling inside, as well.
There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed; the other with
two trundle beds. A large living room/dining area with fireplace makes for

7 miles from Nantucket town. From Milestone Road, drive to McKinley Ave and turn right. Next street on the right is Lily Street. House is second on the right.
Two blocks away is the Atlantic Ocean and Sconset Beach. Grocery store, post office, restaurants and liquor stores are two blocks away.
Neighborhood is quiet and excellent for children. Parking is off the street and bus transportation to all parts of the island is a brief walk away.

If you want to get away from it all and stay in a quaint village, away from all the hustle bustle and complications in life, this is the place! Sue's cottage is a neat and inexpensive place to stay. It had all the comforts of home! It was like family! It is well-equipped and has everything you need for a short, or even extended, stay. It is strategically located, within walking distance to the beach and to the village where you can browse the small shops. Sue is very attentive and will go out of her way to provide everything you need. I highly recommend it!
