Beachfront Siasconset 5 Bedroom house on Bluff

This charming house is located on the bluff in Siasconset village on Nantucket Island with nothing between it and Spain (except the ocean of course). It is a few minutes walk from the Siasconset stores - groceries, ice cream, cafe etc.

On the second floor, the house has a master (queen bed plus single bed) with an adjoining room with twin beds and a sink. Additionally upstairs, there is another queen room and a single-bed room and a full bath with tub and shower. Both the master bedroom and the other queen rooms have a large walk out deck overlooking the ocean.

On the first floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and f...ull bath with a large tub (no shower). Also, on the first floor there is a full kitchen with pantry, dining room, small cozy living room and an extended living room. The front outside patio (accessed from the dining/living rooms) overlooks the front lawn and ocean. The patio is protected on three sides and is a wonderful spot for semi-private outdoor breakfasts. (The neighbors sometimes pass by the bluff on their walk to the historic Siasconset Lighthouse on the point.)

There is an outdoor shower and steps down to the private beach. There is a strong undercurrent here so it is recommended you walk down the beach to the public section where there is a lifeguard for swimming.

The house is furnished with lovely seaside decor and is in a great location with a private driveway and parking for two cars. The yard has plenty of room for croquet/volleyball etc..

On the property, there is a separate cottage (sleeps 5) that can be rented with the house or separately. It sleeps up to 5 with one bedroom with 2 twin beds, a pull out queen couch in the living room, and a twin bed in a bonus room. It is ideal for a single vacationer, couple or small family.Read more

  We stayed in this home this past summer with extended family. This is truly a special place. The beach is beautiful and quiet. The seals would swim by us each day and we had so much fun watching them. The views from the upper decks at the house are breathtaking. Someone could be found napping there each afternoon. It is a short walk in Siasconset and we began each day with walk in for the most delicious cinnamon buns. A stay here cannot be missed.
