The 3BR/3BA house is in perfect condition, meticulously maintained and very well-appointed. This is a GREAT location!!
Spend your days sunning, swimming and surfing at beautiful Surfside Beach ... access is only a short walk down Nonantum Ave. to Woodbine St. (see map).
We're 3 miles from historic downtown Nantucket with it's wonderful museums, diverse shops, movies, tremendous restaurants, marinas (charter boats ... fishing ... sailing), Brant Point Lighthouse and Steamboat Wharf.
Access to public transportation and a bike path which can connect you to all parts of the Island is right around the corner.
Golfers: We're within a 15 minute drive to either of the Islands two public courses Miacomet Golf Club and Sconset Golf Club.
Tennis anyone? It's less than a 10 minute drive to the Nantucket Tennis and Swim Club.
Explore the natural beauty of the Island by bike via a network of bike paths or, for the more adventurous, off road hiking and mountain biking over miles of trails through Conservation Land.
8 miles away is Sanakty Lighthouse and the quaint village of Siasconet ... a must visit.

After staying in many houses throughout the island, I have found my favorite! This house has it all- a short walk to Surfside beach, easy and direct drive into town, 3 lovely and comfortable bedrooms, and a roof deck to watch the sunset and the surf while sipping your morning coffee. The house is wonderful, everything you want on a vacation- it is newly built, has the comforts of luxury, and the details you want from a home "by the beach". The outdoor shower is perfect for washing down the sand after a day at the beach! Afterwards, you can all gather in the well-equipped kitchen for a glass of wine and dinner preparation. No detail has been overlooked in this wonderful Nantucket home.

One of the best vacations we have ever had...wonderful location and great house for entertaining with family or friends.
This is a bright, beautifully decorated home. The kitchen was well-equipped and a comfy gathering spot at mealtime for all to pitch in. (3 couples) My husband was inspired by the huge barbeque grill on the front porch...mmm, great steaks.
We loved having three bathrooms and an outdoor shower, along with premium bedding and linens. We all slept like babies.
The roof deck views were also impressive and sunsets were gorgeous.
This is the first time we had a home within walking distance to the beach and have decided this is a must for us. It was very relaxing to stroll to the beach, walk the trails and avoid setting foot in the car.
We thought this place had everything in one sweet package. We will be back! -

We have had the pleasure of staying here several times. It has never disappointed. Surfside is literally a block away, so it's easy to spend the day at the beach or just take an early morning or evening beach walk. The house is completely private, with trees around the entire yard, which is so unusual for a property this close to the ocean. Inside, the house is just perfect -- a great mix of antique and contemporary furniture give it a very sophisticated yet comfortable feel. The house has every appointment you would expect to have in a high-end rental -- flat screen tv, fireplace, commercial stove and oven, extra freezer and fridge, washer and dryer, grills, etc. The bathrooms are brand new, as is the entire house, so it is in perfect condition and the interior design is bright and welcoming. It is immaculately clean. I love being away from the crowds in town, and chilling out in a private home. This is by far the best rental we've ever had.
