This house represented by J Pepper Frazier Company, one of Nantucket's oldest real estate firms.
Built in 2001, this antique-designed home has many craftsman qualities and fine finishing touches. Antique pine floors, cental air conditioning and a generator. It is a charming home, in a beautiful quiet area of Fishers Landing. We are two miles down the bike path to Madaket Beach, 4 miles to town (with a bus at the end of Warrens Landing Road), and a 15 minute walk, down a beautiful pedestrian path, to a lovely Nantucket Sound beach.
