Conveniently situated between town and the south shore beaches with access to shuttle and bike path. Property is nicely landscaped with a lovely private patio, in a neighborhood not far from town. First floor: Large Livingroom, diningroom with french doors to patio, kitchen , bedroom and full bath. Second floor: Three bedrooms with shared full bath. Nicely furnished and fully equipped.
