Sunny house with fun upside-down floor plan abutting 275 acres of conservation land with unobstructed distant views of Nantucket Sound!! Deeded access path to beach, access to Madaket Harbor (ideal for small boats & windsurfers) and tennis courts. Very comfortable home, nicely furnished and well equipped. First Floor: Entrance hall, Master bedroom with queen, private bath and sliders to sun deck, two twin bedrooms which share a bath off the hall. Second Floor: Spacious comfortable living room with vaulted ceiling, open to dining area and kitchen, half bath. Private sun deck overlooking the moors and the sea.
