Great rental house in the center of "Sconset village. Open floor plan with wonderful outdoor space. Modern kitchen with Sub-Zero and Miele appliances. Master bedroom with ocean views and built-ins. Two full baths, one with steam shower. Second floor has 2 bedrooms each with private stairway and twin beds. Great ocean views from all rooms. Basement has been finished 2009 with couch, chairs and a large screen TV and a desk. The exterior courtyard has teak furniture for dining and relaxing. Across the shell path is owner's garden with ocean views, teak dining table and chairs and 2 lounge chairs - great for entertaining.
