We are 4 couples who vacation together every other year. We have high expectations, but at the same time want a rental that is reasonably priced. This was a perfect fit for us with 1 bedroom/bath on the main floor & 3 bedrooms/2 baths upstairs; plenty of living space. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we could possibly want. We typically prepared breakfast & ate the other meals out or took a picnic lunch. Location was good - easy to find & in close proximity to many vineyards. The view of the vineyards was beautiful & hot air balloons were in the air above the house 6 of the 7 mornings. We enjoyed the backyard, deck & hot tub. The downside was the nightly curfew which obviously doesn't apply to the neighbors.

The home was spectacular. It was perfect for our family vacation. Our son and wife, daughter and husband, and my husband and me. We all had our own bath rooms which was an added bonus as well.
The views of the vineyards and hot air balloons were a great site to wake up to every morning.
Location was perfect and convenient to all the wineries. The corner market there is a shipping store as well where we shipped our wine and all our gifts home.
The only negative thing is, a CA law for rental homes. You are not allowed outside in the yard after 10:00 at night. Little disappointing for we were not able to go in the hot tub after a long day of riding. Not the homeowner's fault, it's a CA law.
We would stay there every time we return back with 6 people. Lot's of room for everyone and still have your own privacy. PERFECT vacation!!! The home was a major reason. -

Everything about the house was good. The property manager lives next door and was very helpful. They were slow to return the deposit (30 days) but that was a small issue in an otherwise good stay.

We came to Napa to relax and enjoy "La Bella Vita" or The Good Life. Our rental home gave us that! The back porch was the perfect place for us to unwind, have a bottle of wine, and enjoy the breathtaking view of the vineyards. The back yard was amazingly well maintained...it was relaxing just to walk around and look at the flowers or smell the fresh herbs. And the hot tub was a wonderful place to start our day or end our evening. The house was spacious and well maintained, and it had everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A beautiful home, open floor plan, gorgeous view, and perfect location in the heart of Napa Valley made this a stand out vacation. We recently, spent 6 days enjoying Napa at this location. The home is located in a modern subdivision, but backs up to miles of picturesque vineyards. It is located near restaurants, great food shops and best of all is only 5 minutes from the shuttle bus station to the San Francisco/Oakland airports. Eight adults and 1 infant enjoyed a great family reunion with plenty of space for privacy as well as together time. We even flew over the backyard during our hot air balloon ride, waving to open mouth family members. Dori, the property manager was extremely attentive to all our needs. Thanks again for a wonderful time.

The Host and house manager were very warm and accommodating. The home is beautiful, big and well stocked. The yard is well groomed and the view is awesome; ask about the good neighborhood policy. We throuoghly enjoyed our stay.

This Napa Valley House is the perfect setting for all kinds of celebrations. The pictures do not do justice to the real thing. We were met by the most gracious and helpful lady. The location was perfect, an easy drive to many vineyards!
The owners were easy to deal with and very prompt with answering questions and giving us our refund. -

We had an amazing time in Napa, and the house only added to our experience. The house had everything we could want or need and made it very easy to feel at home. The kitchen, spa, and dining room really helped our group stay together and enjoy each other's time.

Dealing with Thom Thompson and his property manager Dori was a genuine pleasure. The views from the property are spectacular. The home was in perfect condition with high grade appliances, updated decor, & fully equipped kitchen. The location is very convenient and is practically next door to a park with walking trails and even better views. This is a great place for a family or group of adults to enjoy the Napa Valley in comfort & style.

I rented this beautiful home for a week because my family was coming into Napa for our wedding.
This home was perfect for us! We had tons of stuff going on in the house with all the pre-wedding prep, wedding day chaos with photographers, video, hair stylist, and getting ready. I was completely at home and it was the prefect setting for me and my family, essentially home-away-from-home. The property manager Dori was so helpful with any extra?s or questions we had about the local spots to pick up last minute wedding stuff! I would highly recommend this wonderful, relaxing jewel in Napa!

My husband and I and six of our closest friends spent 4 days at the Harvest Lane Villa in Napa. The house was clean, well stocked with all the necessities, and had a view that we just can?t forget. While sitting in the Jacuzzi we gazed out over acres of grape vines, and as the sun set it provide a view worthy of any oil painting I've ever seen. We will return to Harvest Lane Villa again someday. It was a vacation of a lifetime for us and one we will not soon forget. ENJOY!

A few girls and I rented this BEAUTIFUL house from Friday-Monday for a Napa weekend getaway. It was well-equipped, from a fully-stocked kitchen to towels to extra sheets . The two rooms downstairs had poolside views and opened up right to the lounge area and spa/pool, and the master bedroom opened up to a wrap around balcony. It's a spacious house with plenty of places to hang out. The decor and style of the house were also very cute! It felt like we were somewhere in the Mediterranean!
Our only critique was the lack of lighting upstairs in the dining/living room areas. In addition, there was NO light or patio furniture on the deck with the BBQ grills.
Communication with the owners was very smooth and professional. I would highly recommend the place! We didn't want to leave the house the entire weekend!
