Location, location, location!! Unit I273 is a completely remodelled suite right on the ocean. Perfect lanai for watching the turtles swim by while having your morning coffee and for whale watching and admiring the gorgeous sunsets at happy hour!!! If you're looking an unobtrusive view of the ocean and a clean suite, this place is for you! We will be back!!

Aloha Russ & Linda,
I didn't notice the typo but thank you for going to the extra trouble to contact Flipkey to change unobtrusive to unobstructed.... unobstructed . . . unobstructed. Flipkey got the message wrong and published two identical reviews with exactly the same wording ... Both with ""unobtrusive view"; neither with the " unobstructed view" you intended. I aplaud your effort and I know what you meant.
The Title said it all and you are welcome back any time. And i have added a few unobstructed- unobstructed - unobstructed for you.
Mahalo,
Bonnie & Tex
PS. what a great picture you included. -

Edmonds, WABeautiful updated room right on the water
Left on 12/17/2012 for a stay in November 2012
The room was stocked with basic needs, very clean and right on the water. The room was nicelt updated more so than other rooms that we glanced in. Two great places to eat only a short walk away (the Gazibo right outside your door, and the Sea House just across the beach). Location is prefect only a few minutes from any of your needs.

Santa Cruz, CABeautiful, ocean front studio in Napili Bay provides outstanding
Left on 09/10/2012 for a stay in August 2012
The well maintained queen studio was ocean front, looking out to Molokai and Lanai. Napili Shores has wonderful gardens and is right between Napili Bay and Honokeana Cove, a snorkel's paradise. Both are 3 to 5 minute walks from the room. A 20 minute walk gets you to Kapalua beach so you really can just park your car on site and enjoy! It's a quiet resort but that's a plus as you appreciate your evening sunsets. Watching the sun go down off the tip of Molokai or seeing turtles feed at the tide pools at sunset are just lovely. The unit had a nice TV but we rarely watched it. The Murphy bed was great. Good size market and casual dining are nearby.

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary at Napili Shores. We wanted a room we could walk to an excellent snorkeling beach/restaurants and have a view of the sunsets. If that sounds like something on your list this is the place for you. We saw turtles every time we snorkeled and although we went to other beaches this was our favorite and it was just steps away. The room was very well equipped, boogey boards, beach chairs and it was clean and pretty. We are already planning our next trip!

This condo was perfect! The location was perfect for our family. Walking distance to the beach, pool and snorkeling. The condo was clean with comfy beds. It had a few extras like boogie boards and pool noodles, which the kids really got a lot of use out of. It truly felt like our home away from home. I would go back in a heart beat.

Left on 02/08/2012 for a stay in February 2012
The condo itself is very beautiful and very comfortable with everything you need.
We ate at both the Gazebo for breakfast and the restaurant on site. Both were excellent.
The ocean view from our lanai and the proximity of our room to pools and beaches were perfect.
I was with my mom who will be turning 92 this year...the condo was totally Wheelchair and walker friendly. We had a wonderful time and will return! -

We rented H267 at Napili Shores and it was fabulous. The interior was nicely decorated, very clean and had all the items we required plus extras like books, snorkeling gear and boogie boards. The grounds are great - very family oriented resort. We would definately stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Thanks a lot Bonnie & Tex!!

A very nice unit in a great location. We've been coming to Napili Shores for over 20 years and love the area. Excellent spot for children as they can play on the lawn/patio in front of the unit. Gets wonderful afternoon sun and is never shady. Great price and wonderful service from the owner.

Fountain Valley, CAA one bedroom gem in Napili Maui
Left on 12/08/2011 for a stay in November 2011
My family has been traveling to the Napili area of Maui at least every other year for many years and we've had the opportunity to stay in many condos and I have to say that this home/condo is the best one bedroom we've stayed in at the rate we paid. The view is about as good as you can get for a 1st floor unit that's not oceanfront. The view looks out over one of the most beautiful beaches/bays in all of Maui, Napili Bay. Within a 5-10 minute walk you can be on Kapalua Beach, or our favorite snorkeling spot on the entire island, Honokeana Cove. Don't harass or touch the Green Sea Turtles. Inside the home everything is nicely upgraded. Furnishings are great, the bed in the bedroom is super comfy. The kitchen is really well done and makes cooking a real pleasure. There's even some upgrades that aren't as apparent but really are a nice touch. The sliding glass door, which we used alot, is probably the best I've ever used in my entire life. Wireless internet works out near the pool, it's 30 steps to go overlook the ocean to see the sunset, Bbq's are very close, work great and are unbelievably clean everyday, the nearest pool, which is overlooking the ocean, is never crowded. The only thing we noticed that wasn't perfect, but it's not going to be any different in any other unit anywhere near the ocean at Napili Shores, is the rude people that come from other resorts to eat at the Gazebo Restaurant and are not respectful of the guests sleeping at 630am as they are talking loud when they are headed to go to line up to wait over an hour to eat breakfast. Good thing we're early risers. We loved our stay in this condo so much that we're already planning on renting it again for our next trip. Mahalo Bonnie and Tex for sharing this wonderful home in Maui.

Left on 11/30/2011 for a stay in October 2011
We loved staying here! The 1 bd condo felt cozy but big enough that we could actually enjoy our evening in the living room while the baby slept in the bedroom!
Walking distance to some really great restaurants! We went to Sansei Sushi one evening and walked along the beach to Merriman's for our anniversary - excellent food and atmosphere!
I really enjoyed the homeyness of the condo. There were condiments in the fridge, extra snorkels, etc. It felt very welcoming, like someone's home rather than a hotel.
Overall wonderful experience. The pool further away from the shore is better. My only complaint is kids are not allowed int he hot tub. Silly but oh well. We had a lovely time and will stay there again!!
The rest of the resort and location is very family friendly. Lots of kids but also lots of people without kids. Great place!

Simi Valley CANapili Bay Splendor, oceanfront jewel
Left on 11/02/2011 for a stay in October 2011
This was our 3rd stay in this cozy little condo, and certainly not our last. Located directly ocean front, the gorgeous unobstructed oceanview and Molokai in the distance are breathtaking. This is the second to last condo in this building, which is great for privacy. We are just steps away from picturesque Napili Bay for great swimming, bodysurfing and snorkling, and pretty Honokowai cove for sea turtle viewing. The condo is privately owned, yet affords all the amenities of a large resort, two swimming pools, restaurant, and the famed Gazebo for the best Macademia Nut pancakes. The condo itself is small, but always well stocked, clean, and well maintained, and has everything we could ask for. Our best memories are of candlelight dinners on the lanai while enjoying glorious sunsets, and waking to the sound of ocean waves, birdsong, and the breeze in the palmtrees. Our stay is always too short, and we definitely plan to return as soon as possible. Thank you Bonnie and Tex!

CanadaVacation in Paradise
Left on 04/19/2011 for a stay in April 2011
We had an amazing vacation at Napili Shores and loved the location of our room. We went with two small children and loved that it was on the ground floor close to the beach access, nice grassy area but not directly in front of any pools. The ocean view from our room was beautiful and were even able to see the whales jumping right from our patio. This condo was stocked with so many useful things that saved us from having to buy a bunch. Our only negative is the two couches/single beds in the living room. Would love to see these both replaced with hid-a-beds, since with two small kids trying to climb, sit and sleep on them they always seemed to roll around to easily. Also since there is no table indoors on a few windy days the kids would stand at the counter on the bed to eat, and as kids do they spilled drinks which went through all the bedding, so I spent a few times washing bedding. Again would love to see hide-a-beds instead and maybe a small table for two instead of the bench in the kitchen area. Overall our experience and room was amazing and would definitely stay again. Mahalo!

B109 at the Napili Shores is a great spot for your Napili vacation. It is close to the beach path, great views to the ocean with grass right off the lanai for the kids to play on. The suite was recently remodeled and is clean and bright. There are two day beds in the living room which work well for the kids to sleep on. We have stayed here a couple of times and I would definitely stay here again.

Poway, CAMaui Napili Bay must stay condo
Left on 04/18/2011 for a stay in April 2011
the Napili Shores H267 upstairs ocean view one bedroom was really terrific. we saw whales blowing and breaching from the lanai. the whole complex was fine. the Gazebo is excellent for a late lunch and the Cafe Ole served a nice dinner reasonably priced. the access to the south allowed us to see the huge green sea turtles in the next bay. we walked almost daily along the Kapalua Coastal Trail to the farthest beach and enjoyed the surf breaking on the volcanic cliffs. a must do is visit the seabird sanctuary along the trail. you have your choice of three excellent beaches starting with Napili Bay. all have exceptional snorkeling and boogie boarding. finally watching the sunsets oceanside while sipping an adult beverage was gorgeous. we will do it again.
