The condo was beautifully decorated. It was "stocked" with all the things one would need to cook. I appriciated the beach towel and chair that was provided. It is very conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and activities. I had a wonderful time. Lynn's recommendations were so helpful and excellent. I hope to return soon and will recommend it to my friends.

I loved the condo. My favorite thing was the deck overlooking the pool and the second favorite thing was a great bed which contributed to great sleep the entire trip. The location was perfect and the condo well equipped. Loved all the cooking supplies right down to the spices for cooking. I really liked the decor - great attention to detail. The proximity to everything from the beach to the main highway, restaurants, etc. was perfect. I liked the friendly and complete service when booking the condo as well.

We visited Maui for 5 days during Easter weekend.This was our first time booking a privately-owned vacation rental... At the time, there weren't any reviews on the actual unit so I had made the decision based on the listing, photos and general reviews about Napili Village. Lynn was so easy to correspond with over email, she made sure we had everything, even sending a little reminder before our trip.
When we got to Napili Village, we were pleasantly surprised. The complex was built a long time ago but everything was in great condition.. the outside grounds were well-maintained, the garden and pool area is very pretty, the people were so nice. We had stayed in a large resort the night before, it was luxurious and wonderful for a hotel but we're personally not fans of planned developments that keep the tourists in one place. The area of Napili Village was more laid-back and relaxed which felt like the real Hawaii to us. The condo complexes in the area were all low buildings (no high-rises) off a main road that was residential. We appreciated that. It's a super-short walk to a beach that was a really nice bay and only a short drive to Lahaina.
We were expecting a simple, neat condo but when we entered our rental unit, we were pleasantly surprised! The condo had been recently renovated and a lot of things were new! There were little touches for the guests everywhere - like local coffee and some very nice teas, sugar, and sugar substitutes and a memo pad in the kitchen; little shampoos and soaps and even laundry detergent were displayed in a little basket with fluffy towels perfectly arranged in the bathroom; beach towels were arranged nicely on the huge bed; there was even a brand new sponge and little bottle of detergent in the kitchen. We had nothing for want, everything (and more) was already there or thought ahead for us: a blender, a coffee maker and a french press - which is what my husband prefers, even a rice cooker! Internet was fast, the flatscreen tv was great.
Everything in this condo was well-though and planned, it was also one of the most tastefully decorated Hawaiiana-style places I had seen.
The only thing we could find as a fault, if you could call it that, was no fault of the condo unit, but just the building structure. Bc of the way it was built, it was possible to hear your neighbors next door once in a while and the garbage truck also came by around 8 or 9 in the morning a few times we were there but who would sleep in when they're visiting Maui? We were up and about by 7 and for the rest of the day, the grounds were quiet and the only noise we heard were birds chirping.
We only wished we could have stayed longer. Not only was it an excellent value, but Lynn's condo was so comfortable that it sometimes difficult to leave and on Maui, that is no small feat.
