This beautiful recently fully remodeled,2 bedroom & 1.5 bathroom( including a full walk in shower, grab bars & granite seat) corner, ground level unit is situated in a quiet, less commercial location on the west side of the island. A perfect place for a couples, romantic get away or a fun, nature inspired family vacation.

The corner unit is only 8 paces to the ocean steps, so close you don't have to leave your condo to go for a swim! The two reefs in front of the lanai create calm, swimmable waters, fun snorkeling & marine life watching. The tra...vertine tiled lanai is a perfect spot to sip you morning coffe, watch the whales, turtles(sometimes dolphins) & of course the magnificent sunsets. The lanai is the best dining spot you could ever wish to find with the ocean sounds as your background music! The unit has wall to wall patio & glass louvered windows that allow the ocean breezes & sounds to flow through, you will be lulled to sleep every night! The unobstructed, forever changing views of the island of Molokai will enhance your relaxing experience. For families: the shallow low tide waters are instant fun, tide pooling & the wider sandy beach a short stroll down the shoreline with it's play structures, offers more variety. For swimmers & snorkelers, the farthest reef offers an array of marine life & the resident turtles.

The condo underwent a complete remodel in December 2010. The deign/construction team wanted to create a relaxing & comfortable tropical retreat using the elements from the ocean & islands. The result: cool travertine & ceramics, sea glass, granite, custom solid bamboo carpentry, wood trim, brushed steel & a punctuation of island florals.

A quiet, secluded & established resort set back from the main shopping street of Honokowai which offers, local fish & farmers market, rental shops & many choices in casual dining. The resort consists of two story buildings, established tropical grounds & unobstructed ocean frontage. About 5 miles from historic downtown Lahaina & it's many fabulous restaurants, bars, galeries & shops. There are other choices of local beaches to the north & south & a short distance to the famous Kaanapoli beaches with it's "Beach Walk"& Dukes, the well known restaurant.

  See below - It is that good and better! My wife and our two kids stayed for a week. It was great. Beautiful remodel, all amenities taken care of . Fabulous kitchen if you like to cook. Lots to do .. the kids loved the beach and reef outside the door. They loved the pool too ! I'll be staying again !!

  The Perfect Location For a Maui Vacation

  Our family of four stayed at this great vacation spot the last week in april, 2012. While this was our first trip to Maui we can't think of any place that could offer any better accommodations than this. It is beautifully remodelled, tastefully decorated and very well equipped two bedroom (three beds) one and a half bathrooms ocean front condominium. During our time there we wanted for nothing. It was all right there for us. The condo was perfectly located and offered us fantastic totally unobstructed views of the ocean and Molokai across the channel. Moreover it offered us a quite yet convenient home base from which to head out on our Maui adventures. It was a short car ride south to Lahaina or north to the golf courses at Kapalua. On those days we chose to just relax and stay close to home we were entertained by the whales just off shore and the sea turtles lying on the outer reef. You can swim or snorkel right out the back door or to just lie out on the lanai with a good book soaking up the sun. For those who want to lie on the sand or stroll along the beach, Kaanapali Beach and its walkway are a short walk away. The condo is very quiet while at the same time within easy walking distance to all amenities including convenience stores, a farmer's market and numerous restaurants. Doug and Gay were great to deal with and they were very responsive to any questions we had. We has the pleasure of actually meeting Doug and he is a first class gentleman who takes great pride in his property and goes out of his way to ensure that his guests enjoy their stay there. There is no question that we will be returning to Maui and there is also no question our first choice will be staying here again.
