Hale Mahina Beach Resort or 'House of the Moon' is a very serene, oceanfront, condominium property, sitting on a private beach, nestled into beautifully manicured grounds and lush tropical gardens. It is one of the most sought after resorts on Maui's West side. Within its gated grounds, enjoy a truly relaxing Hawaiian vacation. Hale Mahina is conveniently located just minutes away from the historic town of Lahaina and the famous Kaanapali and Kapalua resorts. There are many premier golf courses, a fine collection of art galleries and shopping close by. Maui is home to many world renowned chefs and restaurants for memorable dining experiences....

Located on the fourth floor, this two bedroom, two full-size bath, Non-Smoking, oceanfront condo has all the amenities to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The master bedroom loft suite has a king-size bed and full bath, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the living room has a queen and twin sofa sleepers to accommodate up to six people. The kitchen is fully-equipped including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, and all kitchen utensils. Also included for your convenience is salt and pepper, spice rack, plastic wrap, foil, baggies, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, and hair blow dryer. All linens are provided including extra bedding and towels. Also available for your use are beach towels and cooler for your day in the sun.

The condo has three televisions with remotes, one in the living room with DVD, one in the master bedroom, and one in the second bedroom. A stereo is provided in the living room with CD player and tape player. The Unit has WiFi. Ceiling fans, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, along with extra hangers all make your stay more comfortable and convenient. The lanai is spacious with patio table and four chairs. The condo is approximately 1050 square feet and the interior is decorated in Hawaiian motif with various pieces of artwork and photography displayed for your enjoyment.

Let the gentle sounds of the waves, and the feel of the trade winds, calm your senses. Take a dip in the pool, relax in the Hot Tub, have a picnic or barbecue, go snorkeling, swimming, or collect shells off the private sandy beach. Watch the magnificent whales swim by during the months of November through April, while sunbathing or relaxing on your lanai. In the evening, enjoy breathtaking sunsets and views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai.

Or, zip down to the shops and restaurants at Whaler's Village, Lahaina, Napili, or Kapalua, all just minutes away by car. Go in and out all day, parking is free while staying at A405.

  My favourite location for accommodation on Maui is Honokowai - it is beautiful, & close to lahaina and kaanapali. And this condo (which is more like a top floor, big, 2-story townhouse) is the best place i have had the good fortune to stay in the 'hood. It is well taken care of, the kitchen is big, the lanai is huge. The view and location are unbeatable - of all the condos along this strip i have stayed in, the beach out front outshines them all. Also worth noting, the pool has a hot tub attached, which is quite rare. The bbqs are great and a great spot to meet the other folks in the complex. Everyone will describe nearby snorkeling spots (there is a great reef right out front) and tips on restaurants if you aren't cooking at home. (Mala, Star Noodle, Choice Health Bar, Mama's Fish House - all amazing for different reasons).
  
  There is 1 b.rm on each floor, and a sofa bed in the lvg rm - the space is large enough that you'll always have space, even if you're filling up the beds.
  
  The condo is steps from the best healthy grocery store on the west side, Honokawai Farmer's Market - it has a farmer's market in the parking lot several days a week and lots of house made items inside, organic produce & full grocery store. Its next to a great coffee spot, and a surfboard rental spot. (The last time we were there, we supped with huge turtles, and watched manta rays swim back and forth in front of the condo every morning.)
  
  Further south is Kaanapali, miles of beachfront walking, beaches, hotels with open restaurants, whaler's village (shopping center). not too far from the condo you'll find the most popular fish market on Maui, called The Fish Market, and one plaza over, a supermarket with everything you'd need. I can't wait to be booking my next stay at Beth's condo - it ws amazing and I hope you have the chance to experience it too.

  It is always great to know my guests love our condo as much as we do! Our condo is warm and inviting and a real home away from home, and I think our guests really respond to that. Of course all of that space with the cathedral ceilings doesn't hurt either. And we agree, Hale Mahina is the perfect location in West Maui, the best sunsets, tons of turtles and whales to watch, and easy to get around.
