My wife and I rented this condo for the Month of March 2011 and certainly picked the right condo and location. The unit was clean, spacious, and had all the ameneties one could ask for. It was great just sitting on the lanai in the a.M. with a cup of coffee overlooking the lake & fountain. The location was perfect, minutes from the beach, resturants, and shopping. All the information desired was available -such as use of the internet, cable TV, DVD player, nearby resturants (with telephone numbers), etc. We would most definetly rent this unit again in the future.

The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Being able to use our laptop was a real plus. The carpeting in livingroom and master bedroom was badly stained and should be replaced. Televisions could also be upgraded.
The community is well maintained and very quiet. The pool was heated and very clean.
The location was perfect for what we wanted to do and see. We were close to beautiful beaches and good restaurants.

We had the carpets cleaned and stains removed. This year we also upgraded the kitchen counters to granite with modern faucets and stainless appliances.
