My husband and I spent the coldest part of winter 2013 in Effie's condo in Naples. The condo is well furnished and marvelously located near the beach and the Phil. Effie is a pleasure to work with and easily assessable when needed. It is a perfect place for those who (like us) ride bikes. The Pelican Bay berm offers a glorious ride through mangroves, with the best of flora and birds. We saw baby raccoons playing and the birth of alligators. The neighbors at Glencove are welcoming, and the pool is marvelous. This is a great place!

The premier amenities and location in Pelican Bay are beyond compare. From our condo at Glencove, there was easy access to the pool, the beach, restaurants and shopping. Glencove residents were friendly, quiet and respectful. Within the actual unit, the owner provided thoughtful considerations for her tennants and was always available to talk with personally.The tile floors and granite counters were easy to care for and except for a few minor baking supplies, there was a bountiful supply of dinner ware and cook ware. Minor additions for an older retired couple would be a chaise on the lanai and a recliner inside. Thank you for the joy of it all!

I vacationed at Pelican Bay for three months with my family. We had a wonderful time. The condo was immaculate and the lovely tropical decor really made the place feel like home. The condo was very roomy and I spent several mornings eating breakfast out on the Linai. There was a lovely view of palm trees and the pool. The beach is within walking distance. The trail is home to several native plants and animals which makes for an exciting nature walk. I would highly recommend this place!

I rented your condo with a few friends and we had a great time! The condo was perfect for the four of us. We really enjoyed cooking and meals in the screened in porch. It was also really nice to have the pool so close by. The complex was also great. The paths were great for running and the walk to the beach was beautiful. The beach itself was great. It was so nice to have chairs and umbrellas waiting for us and also the little restaurant. We had such a great time and would go back again in an instant!
