It is a light, airy unit with three bedrooms and three full baths. This condo was fabulous for us, we loved it. It was so big! It was comfortable and well appointed. The location was great , just a short walk to the beach. By car there was lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The pool was lovely and the whole resort was clean, well maintained and very safe. The city of Naples was a great place to visit for families and very safe. If ever back in that area, we would stay again in this unit.

Recently spent one week at the Regatta Building 2, Unit #405 in Naples, Florida. Owner had sent us the keys ahead of time and had no problems entering unit upon arrival from airport. The condo was well appointed and spacious with a lovely view of the Bay. Everything was clean and spotless. The nice sized 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect for our family of 5. Well equipped kitchen and convenient laundry room in the unit added to our ease and comfort. The pool was beautiful, complete with waterfall and plenty of lounge chairs. Teenaged daughters took advantage of the small exercise room. The best part was the proximity to Vanderbilt Public Beach which was a short 3 block walk. We grabbed the beach chairs from the laundry room of the condo and spent afternoons on the beautiful white sand beach. A small problem with the hot water in the unit was quickly taken care of with a call to the manager. Can't wait to go back!

Upon entering the building our wonderful stay began. The building is wonderful with a pool and place to grill. It is walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. The vacation home is a true home. Beautifully decorated with wonderful conveniences from huge rooms, fabulous closet, gourmet kitchen, and all the comforts of home with a gorgeous view and great weather. There were even water toys and if we wanted to stay in and cook we could with a full kitchen. We recommend staying in for breakfast and lunch and out for dinner. The place was spotless and had enough beds and bathrooms for us all. We can't wait to go back.
