Our air-conditioned condo is on the 1st floor of a 4 floor building. No stairs! The complex has its own, heated swimming pool and hot tub. Shopping at the local supermarket is within a short walk. Lely resort offers two public golf courses. Close to Naples and Marco Island beaches. The living-room has a brand new flat screen 42" television with Bluray DVD player. We have two units. One has a queen-size bed, unlimited long-distance phone calls within North America and is close to the pool. The other one has a king-size bed and an additional ceiling fan. Within a short walk of the condo there is a Publix supermarket in a shopping plaza with various banks and a restaurant we would recommend. It is a short drive to Lely Resort Golf & Country Club where there are two courses open to the public. Not far away, there are beaches at Marco Island and Naples itself. We also own an identical unit in the same condominium complex. This gives you the unique opportunity of choosing a particular unit or renting both units if you have friends/family who would like to join you on vacation.

We were able to stay the Coral Falls condo in November 2012. The condo is very well maintained. Clean, bright and roomy! The fully supplied kitchen was great, with the washer and dryer being and added amenity. The location is excellent for sightseeing in southern Florida. Shopping is close by, grocery stores and plenty of restaurants within miles of this location. There is a heated pool, hot tub and being on ground level with plenty of parking were hard to beat! Have already recommended this site to others. We sure hope we will get to use it again.

We were so pleased with our stay in this condo! The unit is very clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything that is needed. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. We especially loved the beautiful tropical pool and hot tub area, with its lush landscaping and flowers... located just steps from our screened-in lanai! It was relaxing to sit out on the lanai in the evening and enjoy the white lights on the palm trees. We found the location to be perfect for us...10-15 minutes from either Naples or Marco Island. The owners were very nice and left us a welcome package upon our arrival. This was our first visit to the Naples area. We enjoyed Fifth ave. South, Third St. South ( music on Thurs. nights), and Tin City. And beautiful sunsets from the pier and the beach. We can't wait to return again!

This beautifully decorated in soft Florida style, spotlessly clean ground floor condo is perfect. It has spacious living/dining area plus 2 sunny bedrooms, 2 ample bathrooms plus laundry facilities. A great pool & spa area with flowers and palm trees is steps from the furnished lanai, just past the gardens and lawn. It's a great place for kids and an incredible value for the adults. Go there and enjoy.

we loved staying in Michael's condo. It was spotless clean, the bedding was top notch. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed the peaceful and quiet surroundings. The pool was very clean and quiet. Naples is a beautiful city to vacation in.
