Appartement très central puisque à deux pas du centre historique, du quartier espagnol avec la via Toledo, du depart des bateau pour les iles. Super propre car refait à neuf assez recemment, acceuil très souriant, tout le necessaire est disponible, supermarche à deux pas (très rare au centre de Naples). Bref pour le prix demandé vous en avez pour votre argent !

The flat is right at the edge of the historical old quarter so convenient to access many sights on foot. It is new and clean inside but in an old building with plenty of character, and the owner is very friendly and welcoming. A little bit noisy on a Saturday night perhaps.

nous avons loué pendant une semaine par Elisabetta un appartement très bien placé dans Naples,
l'équipement était très bien, seul petit hic, l'internet qui était un peu lent et qui sautait de temps en temps, mais l'installation était neuve, donc l'avons donc testé et Elisabetta devrait s'en occuper rapidement.
Elisabetta est une personne charmante qui s'est posée avec nous le premier jour pour faire un point des sites à voir et des sorties à faire.
elle nous a donné quelques adresses de resto et des conseils pour se rendre aux endroits où nous voulions nous rendre.
au final nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Naples!

Elisabetta's apartment was already rented for the time we were going to be in Naples, so she found us another belonging to a friend, which was fine.
We used her services as a Guide during the time we were in Pompeii -- she is very knowledgeable and personable, not to mention that she charges less than what I have read other guides charge to tour the ruins. We paid 100 euros for 3 hours, which appears to be much better than what some of the guides who advertise online are charging.
Elisabetta genuinely cares about the people she is dealing with. She is proud of her region and its history, and wants people to experience it -- preferably all of it.
We had to laugh a bit at her conviction that we could see everything she suggested in just two weeks. She was our Guide for only the 3 hours in Pompeii, then sat down with a map and made detailed suggestions about everything we should go look at on our own, around Pompeii and in Naples.
She also arranged a transfer via private car from the airport to our hotel in Pompeii, again for less than what the hotel said it would cost if they arranged a taxi for us, and then another transfer to the apartment in Naples, and then one to the airport at the end of our stay.
Not only did she have great suggestions about what we should be seeing, she stayed in touch with us daily the entire time we were in Naples. She really made the trip most enjoyable for us, though I am afraid we disappointed her by not seeing all the sights she was so eager to have us visit.

I stayed at Elisabetta's apartment for a couple of days alone, and I had a great time!
The place is really near to the city centre, just 1 minute walk from via Toledo and via Roma.
I really recommend it! -

We shared the flat with our 2 kids 11 and 12 years old. We all slept on the upper floor, which was a kind of fun. The location is in the historic district, walking distance to all major and interesting points . Its a little bit noisy at night, but no problem with closed windows,therefor it`s downtown.
There are a lot of good restaurants, bars ,gelato and pizza places around. The kitchen is not really for cooking, but we made breakfast there. Elisabetta was very helpful with organisation and easy too reach. -

Servizio buono, appartamento in pieno centro storico, accogliente e confortevole,i punti di interesse facilmente raggiungibili anche a piedi, punto critico il parcheggio per chi viaggia in auto, sconsiglio vivamente i parcheggi abusivi, a noi hanno manomesso la macchina e per pochi euro siamo rimasti con 4 bambini piccoli 5 ore in pieno inverno in un parcheggio per tentare di risolvere il problema.Questo particolare l'ho dovuto evidenziare perchè ci ha rovinato la vacanza.

We rented 2 of the apartments which were nicely furnished. Elizabetta was very helpful with wifi set up, arranging for a pick up at the rail station as well as being a wonderful tour guide.
The apartment is on a busy street which is good and bad as it was sometimes noisy at night but was close to a nice grocery store, restaurants and shopping is a short walk away. The hot water heater was small so you need to take short showers. Nice to have washing machine. -

Our apartment was centrally located for exploring Naples and all of its sites. The property owners were most helpful in helping us settle in and begin our stay. The apartment has everything one can ask for in a rental. Our unit was a third floor unit just opened for rent. The stairs to the apartment will help you get started on your walking tours of the area. Transportation is within walking distance when you are ready to venture further out. The price is right and the location of the unit does not get much better.

We arrived in Napoli after a week of travelling in Venice and Florence. Napoli charmed us with her warmth and beauty and best of all, we had our own apartment. Elisabetta's apartment was spacious, clean, well designed and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped which is important for us as we like to prepare our own meals. Also eating out everyday was getting to us. We felt very comfortable and well settled in after meeting her and her husband. They were very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We had booked another apartment earlier for our friends. However, the apartment was not ready. Elisabetta was quick to resolve the issue by booking another apartment close by which was also very nice. We had an issue with the bathroom sink which was taken care of pretty promptly. Other than that, our stay was very comfortable and wonderful. We also had a nice tour in Pompeii led by Elisabetta who was very knowledgeable and organized. We would recommend Elisabetta's apartment and service.

I would never visit Naples again and if this is the better part of the neighbourhood, I certainly don't want to see the bad part. We had a drug dealer permanent outside the front door, night and day, police and army at the end of the street, all day and all night. Graffiti everywhere. Very steep staircase to access the apartment with luggage is frustrating to say the least after a long day travelling. Wifi was next to useless. We had to literally stand in the doorway of the apt to get the lowest of receptions. The washing machine door was broken but worked otherwise the apartment itself was nice enough. Certainly clean and appeared to be equiped with all you would need. Our stay was only two days so we had no need to take advantage of the kitchen and utensils. Elisabetta was very gracious to offer and book for us her own car service to take us to the airport which was much appreciated after been charged double for the ride to the apt. One thing after another in Naples sadly. We will not visit again.

It was a very nice time.
The appartment is directly in the old town, near to all public transport(bus, metro, port).
We enjoyed the real neapolitan atmosphere.

Elisabetta nous a très bien reçu et a pris soins de nous tout au long du séjour...des conseils pour le transport,les choses à voir et le meilleur moyen de s'y rendre.Son appartement était parfait : cuisine complète, huile d'olive et autres condiments disponibles...très pratique!!!Bien situé: 10 minutes de marche du port et des terminaux de bus et train...dans le coeur de l'action...on se sent Napolitain...Je le recommande à tous!!!

To really experience Naples and all that this incredible city has to offer, then where you stay is vital. We found the perfect location in the apartment of Elisabetta del Guercio.Situated in the heart of the historic center on Piazza del Gesu, this lovely apartment was our home for a 5 night stay in May, 2012.We found it to be spotless, very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was well equipped if you choose to eat in but this is Naples so why would you ?!The bathroom was compact,clean with a good functioning shower & washing machine. The apartment was very quiet at night and the area was lively during the day. There are 2 supermarkets close by and you are within walking distance to all the main sights in Naples. Being a professional tour guide, we took advantage of Elisabetta's intimate knowledge of her city and had a fantastic half day walking tour with her, discovering the hidden gems of this vibrant city.There is so much to love about Naples - the extremely friendly locals, the food ( of course the best pizza & coffee in Italy) the depth of history, the music(on the streets) the poetic language (dialect) and so on.For an experience so different to anywhere else in Italy, visit this city and make sure you stay in this lovely apartment.

Stayed here for 3 nights during the week. Elisabetta was very informative and accommodating as we arrived late at night. She is a tour guide, but was slightly out of our price range - however she did still give us several excellent tips on where to go and what to see. We were more than satisfied with the apartment, which overlooks a side street and is two doors down from a cafe, small grocery store and a deli. It was clean, well kept, and the lofted bed area was a nice, interesting touch. Moderate walking distance to the port for ferries to amalfi/Capri or trains for Pompeii, etc. (Elisabetta helped us figure out which ones to take) Great food and shopping just a short walk away. I'd definitely recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It's right in the heart of Naples, very close to the University. Elisebetta, the owner was extremely helpful, both during our email conversations with her and when we arrived.
The flat was well stocked with plenty of necessities. The flat was lovely and clean and well presented and was a good size for a couple. We loved to sit on the balcony of an evening and see the hustle and bustle of Naples pass underneath.
The public transport links are excellent, I would not recommend driving in Naples unless your either a local or insane. It's about a 10 minute walk to the port for ferries to Capri, etc. and a 20-30 min walk to the main train station for access to Pompeii, Versuvious and Herculaneum. You can also get a bus to the port or main trainstation (I'd recommend the port as it's nearer and costs the same amount of money).
Naples as a city is Molto Italiano and this property is right in the heart of the Italian/Neopolitan experience. Grazie Elisabetta! -

We had a very enjoyable stay. Good facilities, and great location. Almost everything is within walking distance.
Steps up to the apartment are narrow and steep and a bit of care is required with heavy luggage or young children.
It was a bit noisy late at night - however it may have been due to long weekend 'party crowd'. -

We absolutely loved our 4 day stay in Naples. Elisabetta was a very helpful and accommodating host - we travelled with a 2 year old and she provided everything we required to make the stay really easy and comfortable. We found the location to be excellent - very close to lots of things and walking distance to lots of great areas. We made Naples our base and travelled to Pompeii and the amalfi Coast from the accommodation and Elisabetta assisted us with finding our way there too. The apartment we stayed in was above a flower shop and there is a supermarket around the corner - so wonderful for families, but plenty of night life on the weekend for younger people staying too. There are coffee shops along the street and a church and several cafes to check out. We have great great memories of staying there, so highly recommend it.

Perfect stay. The apartment is very well situated, rather easily reachable by bus from the airport (taxis were on strike when we arrived). It is clean and decently quiet. Elisabetta is very nice, helpful and quick in answering requests. Very good host. I recommand this apartment.

Elisabetta was such an incredibly responsive and gracious host, texting me internationally to ensure we found our way to her place safe and letting us know how much to expect to pay for cabs so we didn't get fleeced. The apartment could not be in a better location- right where the action is, and literally a minute away from my favorite building in all of Napoli- Gesu Nuovo. I also love the loft construction, which really took advantage of the high ceilings in Italian apartments past- it also made the apartment feel very spacious. We were delighted with the value and quality of this listing and highly recommend it.

Our family (two adults and two children aged 7 and 9 years) spent a pleasant holiday. The apartment is well maintained and makes better use of space. Everything is working well. The apartment is located in one of the most typical place of Naples and you can spend a vacation living like the locals and not tourists. We highly recommend it to all those people who want to spend a few days in the heart of Naples!
