This is the perfect location to relax and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. This 2 bedroom (1,100 sq. ft) condo is located only a mile from the beach, walking distance to the Mercato Center, a short drive from Waterside Shops and Delnor Wiggins Beach Pass.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite bathroom. It opens up to a lanai, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, television and desk. The condo is equipped with WIFI.

The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We liked being able to use our laptop. The new floors in the living room and bedrooms, together with the newly installed kitchen, were a real plus.
The community is well maintained and very quiet. The pool was heated and very clean.
The location was perfect for what we wanted to do and see. We were close to beautiful beaches and good restaurants. I am keen golfer and played at The Club at Pelican Bay - would thoroughly recommend and will for sure return again! -

We spent a long week-end in Naples where we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the condo which was modern, well equipped and close to the beach and attractions. We liked the Scandinavian style decor, together with the newly installed kitchen- they were a real plus.
The community is in an ideal location close to Vanderbilt beach and is very relaxing and quiet.
We recommend the condo and look forward to returning hopefully sometime soon!

My wife and I rented this condo in September and certainly picked the right place and location. The unit was clean, spacious, and had all the ameneties one could ask for. The location was perfect, minutes from the beach, resturants, and shopping. All the information desired was available -such as local attractions, use of the internet, cable TV, DVD player, nearby resturants (with telephone numbers), etc. We would most definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Loved the peaceful location near to the beach - access is a 15 minute easy walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Not too far from restaurants and shops, including the impressive Mercato & Waterside. House is comfortable, spacious and has decent size community pool very close by. Great to have wireless internet. Fully equipped new kitchen. Overall a very nice holiday home.
