This beautiful condo has a spectacular view to golf course and the lake. The unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with many upgrades. Upgrades include granite counter tops, new kitchen cabinets, new stainless steel appliances, new ceiling fans, new bathrooms with travertine tile, new vanities with granite top and brand new toilets. Tile flooring, new carpet in bedrooms, doors, trims and walls has new paint. A/C is cleaned and blows cool and fresh air. It also has a huge walk in closet.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony while enjoying the million dollar view to the golf course. The condition of this condo is after a total remodeling like new!

Your vacation condo also comes with a new leather sofa/love seat, dining table/chairs, queen size bed as well as two twin beds.

Flat screen TV with cable and WIFI for your convenience.

Location: shopping malls are less than 5 minutes from the condo as well as dining. Great location! Towntown with 5th Ave and Naples harbor is a five-minute drive and close to the beach too. Condo view to Pines Course hole 14. Please see YouTube video.

Golf: 36-hole facility with the Pines, an 18-hole par 70 course and The Palmetto, an 18-hole par 55 executive course. Tennis: 10 championship tennis courts and 4 bocce courts. Fees maybe subject to charge.

Pools: the glades community features nine conveniently located heated swimming pools. One of them is steps from the unit.

Sorry no kids can be accommodated.

Six month rental and over are tax free.
