The interior was updated and pleasant. The first floor has four bedrooms and the second floor is exclusively the master bedroom and bath. Two first floor bedrooms share a jack and jill bath and the the other two bedrooms share a hall bath.
What we loved...the first floor living room is spacious and beautifully decorated and opens to the kitchen and the outdoor pool. The master bedroom and bath room are both large and updated. The house comes with fun pool toys and beach chairs. The residents only beach - a very short drive or easy bike ride - was beautiful and includes bathrooms and a covered pavilion for shade. Short drive to downtown Naples shopping and restaurants.
What we was just ok... The hall bath has limited counter space and a craw foot tub with no place to put shampoo and soap. Ok for kids, but not great for adults to share. -

Our family absolutely loved the Mermaid Cottage. It was the perfect Naples experience. I totally agree that the private beach was amazing. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained to the highest standards. Plenty of room for a large group to spread out.
We walked to the golf course and spa at the beach club which was also wonderful.

Arrived in Naples late and was so pleased to find this wonderful, welcoming home. It was a great surprise! We were especially happy with the high quality linens and fluffy towels. We spent our days at the private beach (which was a special luxury) and grilled fresh seafood most every night by the pool. We found the house centrally located in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Also made use of the Naples Beach Club Spa and golf course just a few blocks away...We really had a wonderful trip ..Thank you! We will definitely be back!

This is the best place to stay in Naples!
Mermaid Cottage is fun and funky! Such a cool home! Private beach is fabulous! We have stayed 3 times now and will be returning.
So close to Shopping, tennis and golf.....also The Spas at Beach Club and Ritz Carlton are great!
Just a short walk down the beach to the Sunset Bar at the Beach Club for fabulous Rum Runners! -

Our family has stayed in the Mermaid Cottage four times now. The location is perfect! Close to shopping, restaurants and beach. The home is beautifully decorated and all rooms have view of lush gardens and pool area. Private beach is a special treat. No crowds, plenty of parking and if you want excitement you can walk to many beach front bars and restaurants along the beach. Most other homes do not have access to private beach. Choose this home.....You will not be dissapointed!
