This beautiful spacious home has a pool and is a three minute drive or short walk to the beach. It is in a convenient location, with a large open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, granite countertops, tile floors throughout the living and dining areas, has a private heated pool with waterfall, outdoor shower and pool bath.
This desirable location is close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. It is about a mile to Vanderbilt beach and the Ritz Carlton. A complimentary parking pass to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park (another beautiful beach on the gulf) is included with rental.

We enjoyed our stay in Naples.
This house is a newer one in a questionable but possibly changing (for the better) neighborhood. The pool area was very nice and well kept. The house was clean on the surface but cupboards under sinks were dirty and garbage can in kitchen had been emptied but was very dirty (we cleaned it). Bedroom drawers were sandy. We would have liked to have known (perhaps we should have asked) to bring our own hair dryer, toilet tissue, etc. We also kept running out of mugs for tea/coffee. I really wanted to give the entire house a good spring-clean!!
It was very nice to have the washer/dryer. The house was furnished with a good supply of towels. The open lay-out was great
We could recommend this house to others with the above caveats. -

This villa is in a perfect position you are a short drive from two very desirable beaches and only a 15 minute drive from Old Naples. The villa is really well equipped including cool boxes,, beach chairs,towels and beach toys.We loved Wiggins beach (you get a free pass with the villa), every morning we set off to watch the dolphins swimming some times just a handful of people on the beach!!!Lovely!!!Do the Naples trolley ride then you can go back to visit the places you liked on the tour.Also did the everglades from this villa.The owners have even put bikes in the garage so you can get about on bikes.They have thought about everything and are very easy and friendly to deal with.

We rented this home for a week at spring break. We found the home to be exactly as presented and a perfect way to spend the week. The best part of the house was the open family room, kitchen and additional area. We had plenty of space during the week. And the pool was fantastic. And the owners (John and Tina) are easy to work with and really care that your rental experience is a good one.
The location is close enough to walk to either Vanderbilt Beach or Wiggins Beach (about 1 1/2 miles). Or driving is less than 5 minutes. Publics and Walmart are very close too. Driving to downtown Naples or other locations (Marco, etc) is easy and quick as this home is located close enough. In all, this home is a perfect way to spend time in Naples.
