      everything was good except:
      toilet paper, had only 1 roll in each bathroom, same with paper towell,
      had to buy my own
      had super bad smell of sewer, all the time,
      and lots of cockraoches , total kills -70+, in 1 week.

      Unlike hotels, vacation rentals are self-service. We typically provide 1-2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom to get you started on your stay. Most guests choosing to stay in a vacation rental run to the grocery store soon after arriving to fill the fridge and stock up on supplies they might need while staying in a private home. We do recognize that often times guests may arrive late in the evening and may be tired from the journey. Therefore, ample toilet paper to get you started is provided so you don't have to run to the store immediately after checking into your vacation rental.

      Many guests who don't live in Florida often mistake many bugs for Cockroaches. Florida is a tropical climate. With the rains come beautiful flowers and also lots of strange looking bugs and creatures (sometimes unexpectedly). While the locals don't become alarmed over a few bugs here and there, we wish you would have notified us earlier of the bug problem so that we could send one of our service people to the rescue! The Salerno vacation home has since been professionally treated, especially outdoors around the pool/lanai area. All is under control now.

      We hope you enjoyed your stay in Naples and will come back to the Salerno or any other professionally managed property offered by NaplesFloridaVacationHomes.

      We stayed here for 2 weeks in april and had a fantastic stay. The villa is a five minute walk from a big Mall, supermarket and various restaurants, and a 20 minute walk to the beach - so a great location.
      The villa is clean and spacious and has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. It also looks great.
      We had a problem with one of the outdoor fans and the owners came to fix it the next day and were very friendly and helpful.
      We would recommend to friends most definitely.

      The house was beautifully renovated and clean. The owner of the house was incredibly responsive and friendly. Location was great for restaurants and shopping. We scheduled at the last minute and stumbled onto a gem.

      This house is great. Kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking supplies you need. And let's not leave out the pool & spa with waterfall,sooo nice.I wish we could have changed the weather & our time there at the end of our stay. It rained & got cloudy & cold. This is right off the main drag but not noisey just convient to everything. The only thing I wish was a little differant is the bedroom configuration. They are all at the same end of the house. And when we did have any problems the owner was right there to fix it. I would recommend a stay here.

      If you prefer more of a split bedroom configuration where all bedrooms aren't in the same area of the house, next time you come back to Naples, we encourage you to take a close look at the Monte Carlo, Sorrento, Pascoli at Regatta or Tuscan. Each of those homes offer layouts where there is a little more privacy from one bedroom to the others.

      Oh, and as for the cold weather - next time, try visiting Naples in late-Spring or the Fall. Not only is the weather ideal, but the restaurants and roadways are much less crowded. Jan - Mar is like a Zoo and the weather can at times turn out to be a little chilly, though certainly better than Northern climates.
