This is a spacious waterfront luxury home close to all the amenities
of sophisticated Naples. The main rooms have been devised to take
full advantage of the lake views. The decor is plantation/colonial.
Floors are tiled and plantation shutters add to the colonial feel.
Rattan and cane furniture add to the effect and outside, the large
free form pool overlooks the lake.
The location of this home is simply stunning. Facing southwest, the
pool area attracts plenty of sunshine and the lanai, with its large

This is a wonderful property with excellent facilities and a warm homely feel. Naples is truly glorious
& the beach is the most beautiful we have ever visited.
The general area around the property is very quiet and secure and is within close proximity to shops, malls and beaches.
Our boys often swam from dawn to midnight in the magnificant pool and we enjoyed many cosy BBQ.
We simply couldn't fault this property and Noelle was such a pleasure to feal with. We hope to return again shortly .

The Villa was just like home from home, everything you can possibly think of was in the house to make you feel very welcome and comfortable, it is set in a beautiful location with a lovely sized swimming pool, there is plenty of things to do in and around Naples, shopping, restaurants, going on a boat ride, it is just the sort of place where anyone any age would have a great time!
