luxury. Every upgrade has been included, from a granite kitchen to
plantation shutters. The furnishings are of the highest

We have stayed at this home twice and it has been very enjoyable experience. The home is conveniently located for both Naples centre and beaches.The home is situated in Briarwood a gated and beautifully maintained community and has a wonderful outlook at the head of a lake.
The home is comfortable and welcoming and has everything needed for a long or short vacation and if we needed any assistance help was always responsive.
We hope to visit again next year

We had one of our best vacations in Naples this trip. This home is everything you would expect from a top notch vacation rental. Very clean,private, tons of space, the decor is beautifully done. The pool is larger than most and has a spa. Nothing beats the outside grill next to the pool to eat outside watching the sunset. Of course adding your favorite cocktail makes it even better. We will be back and invite another family to share this beautiful home.

We have stayed at this beautiful home for a two week vacation for the last 4 years. We have stayed just as a couple for 2 vacations and with our grown up children for the others.
The house offers every comfort and our kids really enjoyed the outside kitchen and the Bbq's on the nights we didn't go to restaurants to eat. We all enjoyed the private pool.
The quality furnishings and comfortable beds make this a home from home, but with much better weather ! -

This villa is the best we have ever stayed in when visiting Florida. The decor is beautiful and spacious, with a lovely pool looking out over the lake, where we were able to watch sunbathing turtles! Not mentioned in the details, but a lovely plus, is that the villa is not overlooked at all and very private which was a pleasant surprise. We would certainly book again when we return to Naples in the future.

This is a beautiful house in a quiet estate. The pool and b-b-q area were a big hit. There were fabulous food stores a short drive away, particularly the Fresh Food Market. We tried a couple of times to book the Princess boat trip but this was reapeatly cancelled due to lack of numbers. The Everglades was a short drive away and well worth the visit and the airboat trip was great fun. There is supposed to be 1,000,000 aligators in Florida, we saw one! This was our second vacation in this house. It is worth the money. Noelle, Beate and Michael were very heplful and efficient and it was a pleasure dealing with them.

Having stayed in Briarwood at least once per year in the past 10 years this is undoubtedly the best villa. Excellently equipped, beautiful sunny pool deck, spacious and peaceful. Due to the foregoing I will be booking in 2011 as soon as my holiday dates are finalised.
