Sunny Bunny is located less than a mile from Vanderbilt Beach, and Delnor-Wiggins State Park on the Beach. Our vacation home is also close to Mercato, "The new Uptown" shopping and dining area. Mercato features a Whole Foods Market, a Silverspot Movie Theater, Shops and Restaurants. Close to the Ritz, and everything on the North side of Naples make this location ideal. Also, Waterside Shops, Downtown Naples and 5th Ave. are just a few minutes South of us. Go North 20 minutes to one of the largest shopping malls, Coconut Pointe. Also just 20 minutes north is Miromar Outlets. Come to enjoy the beach, just sit by the pool or shop, golf, play tennis, bike, and dine, Sunny Bunny has it all.

A very nice home with everything you could possible need/want for a Naples vacation...bikes, coolers, sand toys, laundry detergent, etc. The house includes a State Park Pass so we could drive to Delnor-Wiggins State Park (beach) and park at the beach or we could walk to Vanderbilt Beach in about 20 minutes. Close to grocery stores such as Whole Foods and Publix. Each of the 3 bedrooms is at opposite ends of the home (very private) so it's great for families with children/grandparents. The pool is small but great for children. Ron and Cathy checked up on us during our stay to see if we needed anything and Vivian made the reservation process nice and easy and was always available to answer any question by phone or email!! The wine/cheese/crackers were a welcomed surprise!! Can't wait until next year...maybe 2 weeks!!

I made my holiday plans at the very last possible moment, I signed the rental agreement the night before I flew into Ft Myers. Vivian, the lady who handled all the rental arrangements was delightful to work with. Sunny Bunny was only a mile from Wiggins Park with wonderful beaches. The property had bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, children's beach toys and just about anything one needs on holiday including wireless internet. Having a free pass to Wiggins Park was a great plus since many of the Naples beaches require parking fees! I spent my mornings on the beach and afternoons by/in the pool and then back to the beach to watch the beach and watch the fantastic sunsets. Sunny Bunny was extremely clean, location great and very comfort. I did have abit of trouble with the pool heater during my visit but Larry, the handyman had repair people out to take care of the situation. I was sad to say goodbye to Sunny Bunny, the property is on the market so I might not be able to return there, but would consider renting one of the Kubeck's other Naples properties.

This May will be the 4th year in a row we've rented this house in May. The value is outstanding. It is a large, clean, well-maintained house with gourmet kitchen and excellent pool. The free pass to the Beach is a great bonus and the rental agency staff is top notch. They've even accepted packages for us and had them waiting there upon our arrival. Lots of room and fully stocked.

My family and I love Naples, so we are frequent visitors to the area. We usually stay in a condo, but this visit they were having work done. So I found Sunny Bunny, and I am so glad I did. It was the most comfortable and convienent house we ever stayed at. We are beach goers, so being close to Vanderbilt Beach was important to us. We went every day. The home itself was so lovely. It was clean and private and having a pool was a bonus. My 5 yar old keeps asking when we are going back. Everyone had their own space, their own room, and we were all comfortable. They had everything you can think of, including bikes to ride. Having a full kitchen was great and everything you needed was right there. We had a TV that was not working properly and in one hour they were there giving us a new one. Service was a amazing. All in all it was like home away from home. We are definately going back!!!
