We had a great time at Casa Pina! We felt at home as soon as we walked through the front door. The house is extremely well equipped. The beds are comfy. The location is the best. Walk to everything and then come home to a fabulous heated pool and private back yard. Wish I was there right now!!

This house was perfect for family vacation (2+2+3), it exceeded all our expectations regarding the location, set up and amenities. Kitchen was well equipped, bed rooms were good and offered privacy too. Living areas were spacious, garden and pool offered an opportunuty for outdoor living (good chairs, grill,etc.) Pool was nice and clean, well maintained, and heated, which made it enjoyable even during those few cold days (70F) we experienced. We were positivey suprised also with the high speed wirelss internet connection - it made a difference.
The house has two effective central a/C unit.
The house has all household machinery: washer, dryer, dishwasher etc.
Location was perfect, beautiful, clean and safe surroundings. 4-5 min walk to the best part of Naples beach. Beach itself is fabulous. Ocean water was warm enoug to swim for a North European family.
Shops and restaurants are close by. Famous 5th street is within walking distance.
Garage is for one car, but 2-3 more can be parked at the driveway. Garage was also full of beach toys, and storage of two bikes. City of Naples offered safe biking routes - biking in the area watching all fancy villas was an experience.
Our original plan included visits to Orlando, Key West, Everglades etc. but we enjoyed so much the house and surroudings that we stayed all three week in Naples.
Naples has a great zoo, harbour, design stores, parks, golf courses, great fishing pier - anything you can wish from a perfect spot for vacation.
You need a car in to get to Naples, very easy drive from the Fort Meyers airport takes about 45 min.
Services of the rental agency Royl Shell were reliable and friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised by this rental. The house is clean and functional and the pool was really nice for our teenagers. Everything worked well and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. And the location was perfect - 2 1/2 blocks from the beach and a short walk to 5th avenue. Definitely a "do over".

In 2009, my husband and I had the distinct privilege of staying at Casa Pina with our 2 small children, then 3yrs and 18 months. We loved everything about Casa Pina. The location to the beach is impossible to beat as it is a brief 3 minute walk. We were just a short bike ride away from the City Pier and all of Olde Naples fantastic shopping. The most charming part of Casa Pina is it's authenticity to it's original architecture. It retains the true beach feel of the 1950's, while more than providing the creature comforts one enjoys today. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, with the Master Suite on one side of the house makes Casa Pina incredibly accommodating for a family with small children. We love the floor plan and size of the house as it made keeping up with and listening for, our children a breeze. The pool in the back yard and the garage just steps away and stocked with kids pool toys, makes Casa Pina feel like home. Having just had our 3rd child, it is our sincerest intention to return to Casa Pina for our families next Olde Naples get away. May your time at Casa Pina be as memorable as ours was!

Matthias, the home owner, gave us all the information we needed about our stay in Naples. The house and the kitchen are fully equipped,there are three flat screens in the house. We loved the house which is an original Olde Naples Home and has a perfect location. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes and also Olde Naples with the nice shopping areas is in walking distance. You can even walk to the next super market or the public library.
We love the big 50s pool and the palm trees in the garden.
We just like everything about the coasy house.
