Affordable Naples! Cute old fashioned Florida cottage, with metal roof and hardwood floors only 1.5 mi to the beach! Great location in north Naples, close to shopping and only blocks to the beach, parks, library and cinema. Two bedroom, 1 bath, front porch and large Florida room, outdoor deck. Washer and dryer, high speed Internet access, computer, cable TV, central air and heat.

In a tropical paradise on the Gulf Coast of south Florida, Coconut Cottage is just a mile and a half from the sugar white sand of Vanderbilt Beach and within a mile of great restaurants and upscale shopping. About 6 miles north of downtown Olde Naples, the thriving North Naples area where Coconut Cottage sits is less than a mile from the brand new Mercado market place. Mercado offers great restaurants like Bravo! Capital Grille and McCormick and Schmidt. Whole Foods is also at Mercado. The Naples Philharmonic is only 3 miles away and movie theaters and library are within a mile.

My husband and I were looking for a budget friendly place to stay while visiting family in the area. This older home is very clean, cute, and comfortable. We would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a clean comfortable place to stay. The owner was very friendly and prompt in meeting us to allow us to check in. We were surprised upon arrival that this home had so much space. There are two bedrooms, one bath, a decent sized kitchen and living room. The added bonus was a screened in living room area and an outdoor patio. Although this is an older home it was well kept, clean, and comfortable.
