Briarwood is a gated community that is minutes from Naples beaches, Third Street, and Fifth Avenue shopping district. This community offers conventional amenities that include a heated pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and 3 acres community park. Briarwood consists of single family homes and coach homes. A modern 4 bed 3 bath home with electric pool heater, formal and family living room plus 2 dining areas, rear exposure is North West but gets plenty of sun exposure. Overlooks a lake. We have stayed in many Universal Vacation properties. This one didn't let us down. The decor and facilities were excellent. It is set in a beautiful spot overlooking the lake. We had a fantastic holiday!
