LUXURIOUS LAKESIDE HOME, 4 bed/3 bath Pool&Spa

A lovely 4 bedroom/3 bathroomed relaxed home in Naples with the advantage of a large pool and spa - greatly extended deck and outdoor dining cabana. Built 2009, it is situated on the new Serano lake which has larger houses and more space around. We love being there with every comfort and luxury. Our friends and family love to visit but it is also very enjoyable when we are by ourselves. The house is beautiful and very flexible. It has a charming great room with large, squashy seating - with a light, elegant tropical style. 16' sliding glass doors overlook the lanaii, pool, spa and lake. In the living room it has a large flatscree...n HDTV, DVD/VHS, wifi, sound system (which also has speakers on the lanaii and in the cabana, as we love to breakfast and dine on the deck. It has an ipod dock. There are lots of DVDs, VHSs,CDs, books and games and we have left maps and leaflets/menus of our favourite places. The dining area is casually elegant and the kitchen has a large double sided fridge and freezer, ceramic oven, microwave and dishwasher. The utility room has a large washing machine, dryer, sink and door to garage.

The master bedroom overlooks the lake and has sliding doors to the pool, a king (6ft) bed, etc - 2 walk-in clothes closets, TV and DVD. The spacious master bathroom has a corner bath, walk in shower and 2 vanity units. The guest suite had a Queen (5ft bed) and ensuite bath/shower room, flatscreen TV in a entertainment cabinet. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and shares a walkin shower room with the twin bedroom/den. This has another flatscreen TV which can also can be used in the cabana. The den ( 2 single beds) and heavy curtains if used as a bedroom. If used as a den you can slide back the doors which opens into the Cabana which is wonderful for sitting in the sun for breakfast - shade at lunch, plus we have fridges for cold drinks and breakfasts, lazy lunches and to facilitate the barbeques we enjoy in the evening. The cushioned loungers and chairs make for a very comfortable and relaxing holiday. Because we have extended the deck there is sun throughout the day and shady areas too. We leave beach chairs, cool boxes and beach toys in the garage, if you like to go to the beach - we do nearly every day - a 10 minute easy drive to the Naples Beach Hotel (a favourite) for a morning walk or a sunset drink. For the more active there are two large community pools, tennis basket/volleyball and a childrens' play area with swings and roundabouts and a club house which has wifi facilities to which you can bicycle.

Naples is wonderful both casual and elegant dining. Great Italian (of course). Caribbean, S.American and American restaurants. Superb variety of golf courses. The beaches are superb and sunsets magnicent. The variety of shopping is amazing and even non shoppers stagger home with their goodies.

Briarwood is a lovely gated community. Well tended and with friendly neighbours. It is close to Naples many attractions beaches, waterpark, a zoo, 5th Avenue, theatres and art galleries.

We have a very helpful local agent , with a support team.

Briarwood is a lovely gated community. Well tended house, gardens with community pools, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball and a play area for younger children.

Just 10 minutes away from wonderful beaches and the famous 5th Avenue and Tin City area which offer a huge variety of restaunts plus theatre, art galleris and elegant shopping. Other fantastic shopping outlet areas are nearby.

Superb variety of golf courses- from expert to beginners.

  We had a fantastic stay at this villa, the photos on the website do not do the place justice. It is huge and perfectly laid out and equipped for luxury at every turn.
  
  The owners were great to deal with which made everything very easy and the location of the property is ideal. Easy driving distance to great shops, a beautiful beach and only 20-30 mins from fort Myers airport. Spot on!
  
  We will be back some day and we are looking forward to it already. Cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

  The house is lovely in so many ways. It is an ideal setting for multiple couples (2 or 3), and/or extended families. The house has significant "common" space - both indoors and out. The bedrooms and accompanying washrooms could be described as being in separate wings - so privacy still available, even for those in a larger group. The passage between indoors and out is seamless - as the lanai abuts the "living room" and doors between can be left open - due to screening of the lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a barbecue in the lanai. We had most meals in the house - and it accommodated our group of 7 very adequately.
  The pool is in excellent condition - and very suitable for all ages. In our instance, it was ongoing entertainment for grandchildren.
  Naples is a community with a most intriguing history. The demographics
  are "eye popping", as residences and recreational properties go. Its
  historical downtown is well maintained and easily navigated, as is the
  waterfront.
  The Briarwood community is aesthetically pleasing, quiet, and very secure.
  The proprietors are/have been very agreeable to work with, leaving a friendly welcome note. They have been very responsive through the entire process, by way of e-mail ommunications.
  We had a couple of issues with beeps and noises we could not track or remedy - and the maintenance organization (cannot recall its name)even arrived on Christmas Eve to assist in quieting a smoke detector.

  We found the home to be just what we were after, a beautiful, tastefully furnished, open plan home with all the creature comforts required. The swimming pool/hot tub was very relaxing, as was dining in the outdoor cabana. We found this home to be the perfect base for all the holiday activites our family enjoyed. Only a short drive away we found fabulous beaches, wonderful restaurants, the ultimate shopping experiences, fantastic golf courses and superb sight seeing in Naples and the surrounding area. We highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be returning ourselves in the future.
