Great waterfront location (the view is panoramic to left and right with easy access to Naples Bay and the Gulf!) 120 feet on water romm for 3 boats. Large pool with decks athat circle the house. Expanded windows large living room and den overlook the poos and water. Kitchen has wine cooler, stainless appliances and granite countertops, etc. House has been completely remodeled and exquisitely furnished. Charm! Charm! Charm! Des MoinesNice House but kiss your deposit goodbye
Left on 10/17/2012 for a stay in June 2012
I liked staying in this house even though the bathrooms are out of the 1970's. Main problem was Chris did not return my depost and I left the house in excellent shape. See the review under Southern Comfort, Popular Vanderbilt Beach areaadd to My Picks Remove as this person had trouble getting their deposit back. Shame because its a nice place to spend a week.
