Yes, we enjoyed our 2 month stay at 1288 Briarwood. The home has a lovely layout and is well decorated. It instantly felt like "home sweet home" The outside view is absolutely picture perfect in every way! The only constructive comment I would make is that there is far too much carpeting and especially one of the master washrooms. I would also like to comment on the wonderful, professional service we received from CNE Vacation Rentals (Kim 7 Nicole) The best of the best that we have received in the past 5 years we have been renting in the Briarwood community. The pool was o.k. the house was very well used and not clean. the location is very loud, due to Livingston rd. very close by and traffic lights causing cars to stop and accelerate.
the palm trees between the house 1266 and 1288 are too high. not a lot of sun at the pool.
the kitchen was well equipped. everything in the house needs to be cleaned, especially the carpet. one good thing to mention was the quality of the matresses. they were good ! -

We had a really good time at this vacation rental. Stayed in Briarwood before, but this was the first time through CNE. The reservation went without any problems and also questions were answered quick by email. No problems during our stay, so cannot review that. House was wonderfull. Very complete, everything we could wish for. Especially the kitchen had everything and more. Unbelievable.Homeowners did think of every decorating detail to make it more luxurious. View from pool was great. We have seen many birds from our lazy pool chairs and also lots of fish and turtles. The garden was kept in perfect condition, a blessing for the eyes.Only down side was that the TV in the bedrooms did not work. We didn't contact CNE about it, since it wasn't a problem for us.
We would definitely rent with CNE again in the future. -

We enjoyed our stay at 1288 very much and, having stayed at several different houses on Briarwood, this would rate in the top 25%.
Just a couple of negatives. We found the TV system impossible to operate for the first few days but after a call to CNE we quickly got the main living room TV working. However, the guest bedroom TV would not work.
We found it strange that the main bedroom did not have the kingsize bed; this was in the guest room. -

We all had a great time. The accommodations were great and the lake was a big plus with nice size bass in it.(Yes, we did catch and release) The one bedroom that did not have a TV in it was a bummer for our daughter, but she survived without it. The property was very convenient to shopping, downtown, the Ocean, fishing and the Interstate (75). Gas prices really suck down there, which we know is not under your control, but unfortunately a fact of life. (Average price there $3.42, average price in Georgia on the way home $3.09) Limited our away from rental home activities. Had a little trouble at the entrance gate. Don't think the bar code system is foolproof yet. Thanks for the great time. The week went way too fast. Hope to see you again next year.

Everything was wonderful. The only issue we had is the contract did not contain the fees. This is the first time this has happen to me and I deal with renting houses a couple times a year. It was mention in the email that there were fees, but I feel the
contract should include them. It was an over site on my part not to see that they were not included, but since I rented four houses, it was not easily seen that the amount was not correct on the contract. It was very embrasing to go back to all my family members
and ask for more money. I feel that the managing company should have absorbed part of the cost. However, this was not an option. Also, the guard at one time gave my a family member a difficult time in entering the property, even with the barcode on the car.
The automatic entry was not working at the time. -

This is a very well equipped home, which was spotlessly clean and in beautiful order. Everything you could wish for was in the home. It is close to all tourist spots but very quiet. We shall be returning.

We enjoyed our stay at Briarwood Court, the house was very clean and well kept, friendly and professional gate house staff, easy location from airport and DT old Naples. Quiet Neighborhood.
