Pontecorvo (48 m²) is a quiet, charming apartment with its tiled floors and bright, open concept. There are lots of fruit trees in the apartment’s big garden. You enter the apartment through the living room (13 m² - northeast facing), in which there is a double sofa-bed, cabinet, and TV. There is a door to the garden off of the kitchen (8 m² - northeast facing). Pontecorvo is situated between Via Salvator Rosa and Piazza Dante in Avvocata, a working class neighbourhood where convents and villas abound and that dates back to when Naples expanded beyond its original town walls. Hidden among typical Napoleon lanes, the apartment is adjacent to Montesanto, where you'll find lots of shops, and fruit and vegetable stands. Getting to the historic centre and the archaeological museum is easy from the nearby Piazza Dante. If you want to visit the rest of the city or the surrounding areas, Piazza Dante and Montesanto both offer plenty of public transportation options.
