This charming home is located within a walking distance to the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach in North Naples. Built in 2002, it has all amenities to let you relax and have a memorable vacation. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious formal dining area, this home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 8. A screened lanai with patio furniture opens to a deck with brand new heated pool and spa completed in 2005. Master suite has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, and beautifully appointed bathroom. Comfortable, clean rental home

The house is well stocked for a vacation rental and everything is as billed. Kids loved being able to go in the pool, it's a very nice open space, and the owner was accomodating and friendly. Will definitely stay when visiting Naples again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! It is comfortable, clean and contains everything anyone could need for a holiday. In addition to the spacious accommodation, there are bikes and beach equipment available for use. A parking permit for the fabulous beach nearby was also very useful! The beach is in walking distance too. The pool/spa are fabulous, efficiently heated and well maintained. The location is brilliant - easy to get around to shops, cinemas, downtown Naples, etc. The owners were very pleasant and easy to deal with. We would definitely be happy to rent from them again.

This home was perfect for us while on vacation. We had a little trouble with the pool pump but it was fixed the very next day. Other than that, this house was a perfect vacation home for our family. The kids loved the pool! We enjoyed the state park pass to the Delnor Wiggins Pass SP (only a few blocks away) almost daily. The beach chairs & umbrella were wonderful to have use of. The game room was great to have for the kids. The kitchen was well furnished with pots/pans/dishes, the grill was in working order, and the rest of the house was just as described. We would definitely recommend this property to family/friends.

A really nice house and convenient location. Somehow, it just felt just like home. Quiet, relaxed area just north of Naples City but near beach and restaurants. Highly recommended.
