Falling Waters is a gated community with particularly beautiful landscaping, an artificial rivulet, several springs and waterfalls. Nestled in this tropical paradise are two-story apartment buildings, as well as the largest resort-style pool area in Florida. The heated pool is extremely large and even features a waterfall. Other amenities include a clubhouse, pavilion, and tennis courts. More than ten golf courses are located in the vicinity. The apartment is very comfortable and consists of two bedrooms, two baths, living/dining room, kitchen with a breakfast bar, laundry room, and a screened-in balcony overlooking the lake and fountain.
