The villa is on a quiet private gated estate - Briarwood - with full air conditioning, has its own private heated pool and lanai/patio area that is not overlooked, 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 twin) and 2 bathrooms. There is a comfortable lounge with two double sofa-beds and easy chairs, TV with SKY, DVD, CD/radio player, lots of DVDs, CDs, books and games and doors to the pool/lanai. "I stayed at the villa with my family and the accommodation was spectacular, the beaches nearby are like none I have seen anywhere in Europe - very fine crystalline white sand - great restaurants nearby, great pool, secure location, all round a very good relaxing holiday. The house had everything we could need for a perfect holiday for our family of five. I would highly recommend it."

We had a really lovely stay. The villa and pool were great and situatied in a good area close to the town and all facilities.
Naples was one of the best locations weve been to.
everything was at the villa for real comfort. we likied the hiuge bath big enough for two!!

the property is very peaceful,beautiful community filled with friendly persons, great location close to the beach, shops , restaurants etc.

We stayed at Richard and Carol's well laid out spacious villa for 4 weeks. We took full advantage of the loveiy heated swimming pool and easy access to the centre of Naples and superb beaches. Early evening we took a short drive to the coast to view the spectacular sunsets. The perfect weather allowed us to play most of the non private golf courses in the surrounding area. My family and I have had the pleasure of staying in this superb Villa 4 times (and have plans to return again next year) and each time has been better than the last. I cannot recommend it highly enough for a fantastic vacation setting. The owners are an absolute delight to work with. The following is an extract I wrote to the owner after our last stay. "Just a quick note to say thank you for giving Keith and I (plus family) the opportunity to have such a fantastic family holiday. Your wonderful home surpassed any of our expectations - your photos do not do it justice - making us feel as if we were home from home. The house was extremely well equipped and all the brochures, leaflets and maps helped us quickly to plan our holiday. Fantastic!. Thanks."

We stayed for two weeks and had a wonderful time in Naples. We have been to many locations in the us and find Naples has everything we want.
It is of course very important to have a good base, and the house was exactly what we wanted.
The location is ideal and having the gated community gives a sense of belonging as the staff there are very friendly.
We have no hesitation in highly recommending this holiday home. -

Brilliant villa. Palatial master bedroom with amazing luxury facilities. Lovely pool and spacious outdoor area to relax, entertain and barbeque. Just a short drive to the centre of Naples and the beautiful surrounding areas. The perfect place to stay for a luxurious and relaxing Florida holiday.

We really had a great holiday, the weather in Naples was superb, around 80 degrees, most days, which is above average for that time of year. We enjoyed having the freedom of the villa, & sitting by the pool. We really appreciated you getting the bikes, which was a nice surprise. Your house is comfortable. spacious and secluded - what more could one ask for?". Highly recommended!
