This quaint home is nestled in between the Naples botanical garden land and has beautiful tropical plants, trees and private back yard with a cabana, fish pond, and more. Walk to the Naples botanical gardens and enjoy the beauty. If you are a boater and you use the Bayfront Park public boat ramp, then this is the house for you! You can park your boat and trailer at the house and not worry about boat storage during your stay in Naples(ask owner about Boat size limits)

We were so surprised how close we were to the downtown, Tin City, and other areas, 1.5-2.0 miles. Most of the house rentals we looked at in Naples that were reasonable were 5-10 miles to all the activities and the only other reasonable rental was a condo not a house. We stayed in North Naples before and would not do this again because we could only find one public beach access and it was overcrowded. South Naples has all the beach accesses and North Naples does not, but we did not know this the first time we came to Naples.

Enjoyed our stay. Owners were very helpful if we had questions. House was fully stocked, even lots of tools for us to use for the grill. We grilled out under the cabana and there were beautiful grape lights and a fan over the cabana.

I don't like going into a place that does not look like the pictures, including hotels. This was not the largest place we have ever rented, but it was so quaint with the gardens, and the cabana. The house had older charm with upgraded stainless kitchen appliances. And we loved that it was all on one level, no steps.

We were looking at a hotel room, but staying in a home saved us a lot of money. We would have paid twice as much to stay in a hotel and no kitchen, and no grill to cook out on.

House had everything needed in kitchen, linens, for beach, and more. The owners even offered to bring more DVD movies if we needed them!

This residential cul-de-sac home is surrounded by the Botanical Gardens. We saw this from a Google Map before we rented, but I had no idea that the gardens literally adjoin the yard of the home in back, making this so natural and pleasant to not have houses or streets and roads all around like a regular residential or business area.

The owners are very nice and helpful. They provide plenty of towels and beach equipment. Nice location by the botanical gardens. The neighbors are a little noisy- lots of diesel trucks. The yard is beautiful, but inside the house is a little cramped and the kitchen is small.

we really enjoied the peaceful house with a fully equipped kitchen,a nice garden with privacy close-by the botanical garden.The owners are very nice persons and very helpful.Downtown and the nice beaches of Naples are about 10 minutes by car.
