Terry gives you all the help and advice you need. The villas location on Briarwood is superb as is the villa, very homely and comfortable. We've just returned from our holiday in Naples and can fully recommend this beautiful villa and Naples as a destination. We were two families with 5 children aged 6 and under. We spent a week in Orlando first (Disney craziness) then came to Naples for a rest! This villa has plenty of space, large bedrooms, fab pool, fully equipped kitchen - all spotless. The villa is about 10 minute easy drive to the beach and the centre of Naples. During our stay we fished off the pier and caught Mackerel and Ladyfish, relaxed on the beach, took a trip on an airboat in the Everglades (awesome!), went shopping at the Designer Outlet, ate amazing seafood in 5th avenue and at Tin City, saw dolphins every day just metres from the beach, saw a shark being caught off the pier...and enjoyed the amazing warm balmy weather. Thank you Terry for your great communication and obvious love of Naples and your villa - we couldn't have asked for a better holiday.

It was our third trip to naples,,and second time in Briarwood in one year.
This villa is nice, but it is many years ago that the last renovation is done.
The cleaners work not good, so many dust on the on the curtains.
The price was very high concerning the exchange rate of pound to euro.
Less dishes are there an the pool pump ans heater is so old and loud.
The first week it was cold in florida, and we had to chance to start the heating, because the climate control was looked an absolultly no go...
We had 60 fahrenheit in the villa and get all a bad a cold...teriible..
This was our last time in this villa.

I would just like to reply to your extremely offensive and malicious review:
Firstly why did you not contact me or my Management Co during your stay with your concerns, as this is what I advise people to do in my final package that I send out?!
i) The villa was redecorated (painted) inside and out with no expense spared on new lounge furniture in 2011!
ii) My cleaners are excellent and I have NEVER received a complaint about cleanliness before!
iii) I cannot control the exchange rate of the Euro and you knew exactly what the price was before booking!
iv) There is sufficient cutlery/crockery for 8 x people and I can assure you it was all there in December on my last visit -there was only 3 of you in your party so I am very confused as to why you did not find it to be enough?!
v) The pool heater was new 18 mths ago. It is no different than any other you will find in Naples – it is operated by a fan, so was it the fan that caused you to not enjoy your holiday?!
vi) The heating / AC controls are not locked they are on the wall -100% working and easily accessible – why did you not contact my management company if you were unable to turn the heating on/up - why did you wait until you got home to mention this?!
vii) You can only catch a ‘cold’ if you come into contact with the virus and it is extremely common for this to happen on an aeroplane – it was certainly nothing to do with your stay in my villa!
viii) When you say you would not recommend our villa to your best friend we had 17 repeat bookers last year and every one of our reviews are 100% genuine so I am at a loss as to why you disliked our home so much?!
The video that you viewed on our website was updated 6 months ago and so you can see what you are getting when you watch this – I cannot believe you are talking about our beautiful home in Naples and I am very disappointed that you have written these very unfair and extremely offensive comments!
Before I had a chance to contact my management company I received an email from them telling me that the villa was left in a filthy condition and I am thankful that you will not be returning to stay in my home again!!

We had 4 couples who all enjoyed this villa. The 4th bedroom could use a set of drawers otherwise it was great.
Beautiful sunsets, close to favorite beaches and restaurants though we did cook in a couple of times to just hang out in the lanai which was perfect! -

This Briarwood villa is well situated in a nice gated community just 5-10 mins drive from downtown, shops, restaurants and shops. Well equipped and good support from owner Terry. Would certainly book again.

1031 Tivoli Lane, Briarwood. Naples.
Sunset Villa was chosen for the facility of providing 3 couples each with a bedroom/ensuite facility and the proffesional manner our booking was managed by the owners.
Being avid golfers ease of access to courses was paramount the villas location enabled access to l75, and golf course accessed with ease. Beaches for relaxing days where only 15/20 minutes away.
With 13 rounds of golf played in a month the well maintained pool was eagerly awaited for relaxation and 50% of our evenings where B.B.Q meals.
Venetian Village off Gulf Shore Boulevard North, 10 minutes away, was found to be the most pleasent area to dine being better presented then the touristy resturants of 5th ave.
When any villa issue arose i.e. gas for the B.B.Q, failure of a door lock, these issues where dealt with immediatly by the acting agents.
We all agreed this villa was. as descibed within the adverts, well presented, in a great area and will certainly be No 1 consideration if returning to Naples.

This villa is a great base for a holiday in and around Naples. It's well equipped, beautifully presented and with everything you need for a wonderful stay. From our initial enquiries to the end of our holiday, the service we received was faultless and informative, from both the owner and his agent. The villa's location is ideal with easy access to the Us41, the gated community offers peace of mind and the lake views a wonderful outlook, even from the shower! The excellent, comfortable inside of the villa is complimented by a lovely pool which is a special place to watch the sun go down. Naples itself has glorious beaches, great shopping and many places within day trip distance, such as Sanibel, Marco Island and the Everglades. We hope to return to this villa one day and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

The booking and pre-arrangement service was very straightforward with the owner (Terry) being very helpful and providing comprehensive information about how to use the villa, local amenities, directions, recommended sightseeing etc.
On arrival, the villa exceeded expectation being spacious,well equipped with all "mod cons", extremely comfortable and well located only 10 minutes from Naples centre but in a quiet , secure and private neighbourhood.
The pool in particular was excellent and I couldn't keep my kids out of it!A great way to spend a second week after a frenetic first week of Orlando theme parks! -

The Sunset Villa is well equipted for the needs of a big Family: Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large dining area and a beautifull pool with a large pooldeck. The villa is newly renovated and wonderfull decorated with a tv in each room. Our childs enjoyed the free high speed wifi Internet access. The Briarwood Community is well mantained and located within a short range of all major points of interests of Naples, like the beautiful beaches, 5th avenue, Naples Zoo e.g.
